   I visited with my granddaughter on 29th December 2025 the whole experience was amazing the staff were fantastic Chanel is not somewhere I shop ( funds don’t allow but wanted to get something for my 2 granddaughters who are into makeup pick up a lipstick and gloss for my granddaughter who wasn’t with us and when I explained it was for her as a gift it was wrapped so beautifully it was certainly a lovely experience for us in a shop I wouldn’t normally even think of going into thank you ladies we didn’t feel out of place at all xx

   Walked into the store with 4 staff members standing around and not a single one acknowledged me. There were no other customers, and the only person who actually greeted me was the security guard. As someone who spends a lot with Chanel, this level of service was honestly unacceptable. I came in prepared to spend a lot of money, and I did not.

   I recently tried to shop here,but had a bad experience.With the help of a lovely assistant I selected my items and they were taken and placed behind the till for payment. I was next in the queue when another couple approached the tail at this point I was asked to wait until the assistant at the tail asked me to wait until she served them,at that point I told her to keep my items and walked away.Will never go back,got my items elsewhere.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chanel Covent Garden provided an excellent experience. The store is elegant and welcoming, and Paula delivered outstanding service. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and made the visit feel both personal and memorable. Paula is a real asset to the boutique, and I look forward to returning.

   Had a real pretty woman moment in this shop. Five members of staff, two gossiping, one refilling and two looking me up and down with disgust. Thank god I have confidence. The assistant refilling helped me a little. She sold me foundation for £10 higher price than on Chanel website and it didn’t have a lid when I opened later. Lord above, please don’t go in this shop, you’re worth more!

   There’s really no retail crisis in London or it’s just Chanel who is not interested in earning more money. Got here at 5:45pm to quickly pick something up but the shop assistant would already not let people in and Locke the door. Being in the pub on time to watch football is clearly their priority to customer service.
