   My mum used to take her old dog to this groomer, so I recently brought my new spaniel here for a groom and she came back looking + smelling great! Sara was lovely + friendly and was great in handling my dog and making sure she was comfortable with the grooming procedure before starting. 100% recommend!

   Can not say enough how amazing Sara was with our two Cavaliers. Having previously used pets at home who rushed both dogs within the hour and had very little regard to their wellbeing, it was a breath of fresh air to have our girls groomed by Sara. She booked a whole chunk of time just for us to ensure she didn't have to rush and could make our girls feel safe and at home. She even sent us a little text during the groom to reassure us that the girls were doing good. Not only did she make them look beautiful and smell amazing! She also took the time to give them a good experience. Both our dogs tend to be nervous in new environments and have never taken a treat from anyone but myself and my partner. However Sara amazingly managed to get them to trust her and by the end of the groom they were taking treats from her - a huge achievement in my eyes. We are very lucky to have such an amazing groomer so local to us! Not to mentioned very affordable! I personally feel she should be charging double with the standard and service she provides! My only wish is that I found Sara sooner for my girls. I can not recommend Happy Tails Dog Groom enough!

   Absolutely fabulous - Sara is great from the minute you arrive. The facilities are great and secure and it’s reassuring to leave Frazzle with her. Sara talks to the dogs and goes at their pace and knows what they need to be comfortable and look and smell gorgeous. Beautiful bows ! Fully discusses what they need and suggests a timescale for next cut which isn’t a bog standard “6 weeks or you miss your slot”. Very accommodating when you book and realise when you get home you are away that day and finds you another appt straight away. Prices are very reasonable and I’d willingly pay more for the care and attention he is given with Sara. I couldn’t be happier and Frazzle loves going as he usually howls when I leave him for a minute but didn’t bat an eyelid to be left there and carried on playing in the garden when I went to pick him up ! If only there were more than 5 stars to give !

   Sara is a brilliant groomer. This was our first time to bring Charlie here and I'm sure it won’t be the last. Sara has a professional setup at her place. She listened to our needs patiently and gave useful advices that showed she has thought in the way of our puppy. What surprised us was that she offered a spacious garden for Charlie to explore and relax. This was very helpful as Charlie is anxious to a new place. We felt rest assured to leave Charlie to Sara and when we returned, Charlie was very much enjoying her time. This already told you how wonderful Sara is. You could feel Sara’s sincerity and her love for dogs. The reviews speak for itself. I’d definitely recommend Sara if you are looking for a safe pair of hands to groom your furry buddy.

   I’m so happy that we found Sara, she’s wonderful. Our Lhasa Bodhi absolutely loves Sara and her lovely home grooming studio complete with garden for a run around! Sara loves her doggy clients and this is what we were looking for, someone lovely who Bodhi would bond with and look forward to visiting. He looks incredibly smart, happy and fresh when we pick him up and I have to coax him to come home. We couldn’t recommend Sara at Happy Tails more!

   Sara was just amazing with our puppy Rudolph! I could tell from the start that she loves what she does :) Rudolph had a poor experience with a groomer before, so Sara was super patient and made him feel welcomed and comfortable. When I came to pick him up he looked and smelt amazing, and most importantly, he was very happy and relaxed! Thank you Sara, I’m sure little Rudolph will look forward to being groomed with you now!
