“Rosemarie and Guy have gone above and beyond to look after our elderly cat while we've been away. She became poorly the day we left for holiday, and they kept a close eye on her, kept in touch and took her to the vet, then the hospital. We came home but, once she had been given the all clear from the vet, we were able to continue our holiday, knowing she was in very safe and caring hands. I can highly recommend Rosie Posie Pet Services!”

“I want to thank the Build a Bear staff for a lovely experience. I'm autistic, and Bluey is one of my special interests. When BaB announced a Bluey line, I was really excited, but a bit worried about going in to the shop- I'm a bit too old to like Bluey really, and was worried I might get some funny looks. I ordered my Muffin plushie as a click and collect as a bit of an experiment to see if I thought I could handle going in to the shop to make a bear. I was in and out in 5 minutes flat, staff were quick to ask if I needed anything, speedy, and very helpful. I went home very happy, and with a lovely Muffin plushie. I went back a few weeks later to make my Bluey and Bingo bears. I was quite worried, so decided to go a bit later in the day in the hopes that the store would be a bit quieter (I went on a weeknight, at about 7pm, and there were only one or two other people in the shop). I wore my sunflower lanyard, so a member of staff came over and quietly asked if they could help me with anything. They explained the whole process to me, and pointed out all the different stations so I could go at my own pace in the right order. I assume staff have to ask quite a few questions about add-ons and extras, but I really appreciated that nobody pushed me when I said no, I'd just like the bears. Staff were very patient with me, making sure I was 100% happy with each bear before I moved on, and asking questions about which parts of the experience I'd like to do and any bits I'd like to skip. The whole process was very smooth and easy. I now have three lovely Bluey plushies that will be treasured for a long time to come. Thank you very much to all the staff; my experience was so much less stressful than I was expecting, and you have made a big Bluey fan very happy indeed ❤️”

“I stayed here for work recently, two weekends running. It's the ideal spot. Exactly what you need it to be but above everything else, the staff are unbelievably friendly. They couldn't be more helpful actually and on my return the second week, they remembered me. Particular mention goes to Poppy who is just lovely. She is so good at her job and has a lovely, warm nature. Rachael was a diamond. She was so accommodating when our large party arrived for dinner - all absolutely exhausted from a huge work day - we hadn't made a reservation but she made it work and we were all beyond grateful. Finally to Ben, also in the restaurant. He was just lovely and really warm, friendly and patient. 10/10 for customer service. You made a long work spell away from my family that little bit easier. Thank you.”

“I'd very highly recommend Paws Claws Feathers and Fins. Michelle and Lisa have been fantastic with our dog. He absolutely loves his walks with them and waits for them on the usual day. We are kept updated through the walk and it's great to see him having so much fun on his walk. Michelle and Lisa have also managed to get him off lead which we didn't think would ever happen. “I used to stay for 2 weeks due to house move with my wife and my little son. Very quiet location, good transport bus lines, for those who drives is literally 1 min from M5 motorway. Rooms are kept good condition and clean. Seen housekeepers working hard! Couldn't catch one of the receptionist yang girl name but she was very helpful and always smiling to my little son, she helped us to book a taxi with recomendation! Nice hotel overall, I would recommend and would stay there again! Thank you very much!”
