    First visit to Red Head Dog Designs, and Hayley was absolutely brilliant. We adopted our Springer back in December, and Hayley was so understanding of her needs as she can be a bit nervous. Hayley also really listened to what I was asking for in terms of grooming, and gave me some great advice on grooming between visits. So happy and already looking forward to taking our girl back for her next trim.

    Absolutely brilliant dog groomers. They transform my huge, hairy Aussie Shepherd every time he visits them. He's a very nervous dog and they take time to let him rest during the grooming process which allows them to do a thorough job without stressing him. He comes home calm, relaxed, fragrant and looking sleek! I recommend Red Head Dog Designs 100%; fantastic service and lovely, caring people.

    Terrible passive aggressive attitude, talked to me like I'd never owned or had a dog before, despite being a registered breeder in the past. Said that if they needed to spend more than 20 minutes combing out knots, then they'd have to take all of my dogs coat off! I have a breed of dog that does knot easily if brushing is not done for a few days. She was hardly matted and full of knots which was what was implied. Can't rate the grooming as I left due to the groomers very poor customer service and school teacher attitude. Won't be trying them again

    Red Head Dog Designs was recommended to us by a friend and we have been going to them ever since our dog was a puppy. She is a cavapoo and is not a fan of having her hair groomed, however, Hayley is absolutely great with her, takes her time and gives her the best groom - she always smells fabulous!!
