Monday 28th April 25, 11.50am, found on Google and got the impression this shop was trade only, as a trade customer I called to pick up few glass sheets, booking needed and slots are one hour each customer, made a booking from 12, I arrived 12.20, friendly welcome, very helpful, nice stock selection, very well organised shop, booking is required so don't just turn up, keeps the customer experience personal and safety has been considered due to racks and racks of coloured large sheet 3mm glass. Kiln use / hire also available. Training and work shop groups offered. Excellent well equipped studio upstairs. I make repairs normally but will look for guidance in the future as I make my first full custom window for a celebrity client based on provided sketches. Creative glass are not your normal stained glass suppliers,, they have set a new level of excellence.

I made an appointment to do in-store shopping as I find it difficult to choose online. The people who work there are so friendly and helpful. They explained where everything was, and let me take my time browsing. They checked the prices for me and gave advice. Nice experience!

Fantastic venue with great resources. The staff are knowledgeable as many teach glass classes too. Competitive prices for glass sundries. Lots of moulds in stock as well

My husband was working in Rochester, so he asked if I wanted anything from Creative glass.. didnβt need to be asked twice.. so he went to the shop and was told very rudely, that she was on lunch and to make an appointment.. he explained that he was working in the area but she wasnβt interestedβ¦ well with that attitude I will take my busy back online to warm glass Bristol, who have always been very helpful and give discount..

For months I was struggling with polishing my glass by hand and many wrong polishers. This was until I spoke to Alison and Amanda who went out of their way to order the wet polisher for me. They kept me informed of the progress and it was delivered on time. They even put an adapter for me. Very professional and most helpful. Thank you all at creative Glass.

Always friendly and helpful. A good range of products for both glass fusing and stained glass- go with a list or leave your chequebook at home! Listing prices on the website including VAT would make them even better. One of my favourite suppliers for art glass supplies for the courses that I run.
