   Russell and his team are the best for your pet relocation needs, and I would recommend them to anyone who has to move abroad with their pets. I was moving from the USA to the UK where there is a lot more pushback when it comes to landlords accepting pets. Being a student living on my own with three dogs made this especially difficult. Russell however, was up for the challenge. He kept in contact with me throughout the process and made sure to keep my needs in mind. His team also came up with different strategies when it came to looking/applying for homes to increase our chances of success. After a great load of work and effort on Russell's part, we were able to find a home that fit mine and my pets' needs for a reasonable price. Many landlords wanted a years worth rent up front which isn't something I was able to provide, but Russell was able to find a landlord willing to compromise with quarterly payments instead. While I wasn't able to get a backyard, the area Russell found has plenty of grass space, parks, and trails nearby where my fur babies can stretch their legs and get their energy out. Moving to a different country on my own was an extremely difficult and tiring process, but Russell and his team took a huge weight off my shoulders by helping me find my new home. I can say with complete confidence that I would not have been able to do it without him. If you're questioning whether or not to utilize Pets Lets do not hesitate.    I’m so glad we found Russell and the PetsLets relocation service. We had to move in January from California with two pets, cat and dog. Rental inventory was so low in deep winter but we were expertly guided by Russell who stayed on top of all new listings and advocated for our family at every step. I was impressed with how many local agents Russell knows. Definitely has his finger on the pulse of animal friendly letting activity throughout London and beyond.    We presented Russell with a slightly unusual challenge of helping us find a central London apartment for ourselves plus our two dogs, cat and our rescue African Pygmy Hedgehog! Within a short period of time Russell was able to find a suitable property and secure it for us in a very competitive rental market. Russell has a great knowledge of the London property market, knows how to approach landlords in relation to accommodating pets and a good network of contacts with the main estate agents. We are very grateful to Russell for all his help in finding us a fantastic apartment and recommend him to anyone looking to rent a property in London with their pets. We could not have done it without him.

   We recently relocated from Singapore. Although my husband is originally from London, it had been 20 years and we had no idea on navigating the property market. When we were looking, housing stock was really low and we had some specific requests on top of having a dog. Russell was able to leverage his network to find off market properties in the neighbourhoods we wanted to live in. Once we found a property, he helped us through the negotiation process and dealing with the rental agency, ensuring we had legal clauses needed to allow for our dog Eddie to live at the property. I would recommend his services to anyone who wants a tailored service. Russell is also a dog owner so he understands what you may need vs other agents. I would particularly recommend him for other overseas relocations.
