When our boiler broke, Freddie at Feliks Augustine was very prompt and efficient at getting a solution for us. We were very pleased with the speed of the problem solving!
Appalling estate agent, if I could give them less than 1 star we would. I had possessions stolen out of a house I was renting from Feliks Augustine by a cleaning contractor at the end of the tenancy- they will conveniently claim this is the wrong estate agents, definitely isn’t! Peter and Alina are horrible and treat people with no humility or an ounce of respect. Avoid this estate agent if you can possibly avoid it to save your self stress and being treated like an animal.
Feliks Augustine were extremely informative and sympathetic dealing with me and my partner who were looking to move to Greenwich. Even through our plans changed, they went above and beyond to help us. We had a lovely experience interacting with them.

Avoid at all costs. Worst Lettings agent I have ever encountered. An example of a charge when the tenancy ended was 60 pounds for a lightbulb replacement - this is just the tip of the iceberg. Do not risk it!
