   Classes are okay but the (female) changing rooms are horrific. Broken benches that have had hazard signs on them for weeks with no sign of when they’re gonna be fixed. No machine to dry your swimsuit anymore, not a single hook by the shower to hang your towel, the shower water is weak (nowhere near strong enough to actually wash any soap off) quite cold and you can’t adjust the temperature and on top of all that they charge you to use their lockers. Considering people pay a significant amount of money to use this gym I’m shocked. The gym overall has such a polished and brand new feel and yet I cannot believe how poorly designed it is.

   I’ve been going to this gym and pool since it opened and noticed a deterioration in the pool over this time. The pool is frequently too busy to swim without feeling harassed, the services such as the dryer for your swim costume hasn’t worked in over 6 months, now half the changing area is out of action and an increasing number of private swimming lessons make it impossible to find a reasonable time for a swim. I also usee we’d the gym which is small, and often too busy to get on any equipment but people are nice and friendly. Think it’s overpriced for what it offers as a good service.

   The gym equipment here is very complete. There are also gym equipment for people with disabilities. There are also equipment for wheelchair users. The gym is very accessible for wheelchair maneuvers, all floors are flat. Inside the gym there are staff who will help if you have difficulty using the equipment. Oh yes, there are special lockers for disabled/wheelchair users. There is a free tap water refill in the gym. The gym is clean although sometimes there are a few equipment that smell of sweat and I think that's normal. I highly recommend this gym for wheelchair users. There are special prices for disabled.

   I'd give a 0 if possible. Imagine paying for a full membership, then paying about 10% more just to use lockers. Come 5x a week, you'd pay £6 every month just to buy locker tokens, absolutely absurd

   One of the worst gyms I’ve been too. Too much ego, you can’t work out in peace. Locker area not secure. You will not enjoy yourself here (I have a bodybuilding background and this is a sad depressing place). Go to fitness first or a dedicated professional gym.

   It’s a multifunctional gym, quite big for London standards, although I only use the gym. The free weights are ok but do get busy at times. My only complaint is the lockers. They were poorly installed to start with. Many of the locker door do not close properly and therefore are useless. When the centre gets busy sometimes it can be challenging to find a useable locker. The management seem not to care. Many of the broken lockers have been left this way for many years.

   Absolutely disgusting place. New Management has no clue about gyms or customer service. You pay premium fee for management ego. I'd rather pay a decent amount to The Gym. Do not be fooled by this place. Jacuzzi not working for 1 yr, kids pool out of service for 1 Year. Sauna and steam cold and dirty. They splash water and call it cleaning. Most machines in the gym either don't work, breaking parts of just dam dangerous to use. Absolutely pathetic place to call a leisure centre. £60 for basic gym membership and everything out of order. Please go join any, any other gyms. You will be better off.

   Great gym, and people. Only issue is that most machines are broken and they take their time to fix them, also sometimes there are machines that are broken but don't have 'out of order signs' on them so when you go to use it it's broken. Would be great if the lockers in the changing rooms downstairs would use those reusable tokens instead of having to put 20p in them. Staff also should have cash on hand if people need change or install a change machine.
