Amazing service, I rang they told me to come straight in. Had a wedged sock stuck in the middle of a shark hose. They got the sock out within minutes. Brilliant service. Very friendly happy owner. Thank you again.

Avoid. Definately lacking in customer care skills. Felt as though I was wasting my time. Needed my Dyson fixing , went else where All I expected was for you to source a new hose for my dyson . All I was offered was a second hand hose !! Excuses was all I got Very poor. I wasn't time wasting at all , just expected my dyson to be sorted. And two new filters. Not much to ask is it ??
This buisness is on the main road in Staple Hill well served by public transport. Very friendly and helpfull owner. The buisness deals with maintenance of all kinds of vacuum cleaners, selling parts and even buying vacuum cleaners and parts. It opens at 10am except Wedensday which is the day off of the buisness. His main clients are Dyson cordless vacuum cleaners' owners.
Sorted my Dyson vacuum by the next day for a readonable price. Quick, efficient, affordable. Front man was really lovely too
Haven't updated their website so drove halfway across bristol to find that they had a notice on the door now closed at 4pm

Highly recommend. This fella sorted out the block up in my shark. Very reasonable price and would take my vacuum again if necessary.
Waste of time. Emailed twice with no response. Took in Dyson and just said change or clean the filter which we've done already. Won't do Miele Hoovers.
Our Dyson vacuum stopped working on Wednesday. I took it to Vaccentre in Staple Hill on the Thursday and they fixed it the same day. Great service and it now smells like lovely lemons.
