   See photo. Bins overflowing, other bin bag full of rubbish next to full bin for entirety of our stay (2 hours), gate to stop children escaping left wide open (15 mins) and 3 staff members with nobody to serve just sitting chatting. Probably just a weekend job for these young staff, the issue is clearly a management one in that they have no guidance in how to run something properly. Every light fitting, corner, exposed pipe or conduit absolutely caked in dust, like 5cm worth. Mediocrity at its finest.

   Changing rooms are filthy. Worst changing room and shower area I have ever been to. And the pool is very high price. Actually more expensive for a swim than the olympic pool aquatics centre in Stratford. I don't understand how they can charge such a high price when the changing rooms look like something out of a zombie apocalypse film.

   I would say it’s a particularly unfriendly environment, not a safe space if you want to go in and have any human interaction, it’s fine at extremely off peak hours , But also it’s not particularly clean any of the time In the Gym and both locker areas especially . . I cancelled my membership after 2 months . As I found it hostile there - no rapport or civil basics / acknowledgment even in response when entering exiting the gym or building and those things make a difference. Hot water and toilets don’t work either as well as the swimwear dryer doesn’t work

   We went here for the first time as Forest Hill Better Leisure Pools were fully booked for the rainy weekend. We booked the family swim and I have to say we will never be returning. It is the dirtiest most disgusting changing rooms and nearly double the price of the Better Leisure centres. It was filthy and the showers never got warm. Never again!

   Awful, awful gym! If I could give 0 stars I would! Standard membership is £48 a month, so you'd expect a minimum level of decency, compared to low cost gyms, but it's the total opposite. The gym, toilets, changing rooms and showers are dirty. The reception staff is unable to answer any question more complex than what's the time. Management is appallingly rude, and displays a very unpleasant attitude as soon as you approach them to speak, as if they're already bothered you want to speak to them. If you email them, asthey often advise you to do, they never answer. This place doesn't know the concept of customer service! I got a way better service in Puregym when I paid £25 a month. If you can go to another gym, don't go here!

   Absolutely terrible, the gym is not spacious people there have low energy no enthusiasm, Puregym has more class, people know how to have a laugh in my opinion. The Spa is definitely hanging on by a thread.

   I’ve just gone to book swimming and it’s gone from £6.30 for 1 hour which is already expensive, to £7.65! Absolutely extortionate. How can you make that jump and charge that much for 1 hour of general swimming, further putting pressure on peoples finances during the cost of living crisis everyone is facing at the moment. Goes to show the lack of care for long term customers & the pure exploitive money grabbing attitude you have. If anything companies should be reducing prices & be less profit focused during these difficult times, that would show members you care & ironically enough probably increase your profits. Me, my family & my friends will not be paying this.
