Very attractive shop, pleasant staff. However, dropped stars because I asked for a new battery for my watch, and left it there. I got a call saying the movement needed replacing fot £245 as it was broken. I asked for it back so I could consider, my husband managed to put a battery in, and it works perfectly. So I don' t know why they said it was broken. Very disappointing service. Update, Called by the shop who are investigating, top marks for taking it seriously and seeing if there are steps to take for the future.
Went into Merlins recently and bought a 70th birthday necklace for my Mum. They were very knowledgeable and I received excellent service and advice. Having also looked in other jewellers in Wells I found Merlins particularly friendly, they took time to understand my requirements and gave me some really good suggestions. Mother was very pleased with my choice!
Found my ring via their Etsy shop. They were so quick at responding and sending lots of real life pictures of the ring so I could make a decision before I purchased. Once I’d decided they resized it to fit and it was on my finger by the end of the week. Highly recommend!
