Lovely shop and lovely staff. Always kind & helpful. Replaced my watch battery professionally at short notice within a few minutes and no fuss. Also a really good price, cheapest I’ve ever Ben quoted. Lots of lovely stock in the store and it’s always immaculately kept. Highly recommend :)
The ladies in the shop go above and beyond to help their customers! Me and my husband have between us a lot of lovely items purchased from the shop! I’ve been a nuisance today, getting a watch altered, buying a ring that got lost in ASDA peppers!! Thank you for being so helpful and kind!! Highly recommend the shop!!
What a gem of a shop, with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Took my late grandfather’s old silver cup in to see if it could be cleaned and polished. They dipped it and cleaned it and did a great job, at a very reasonable price. I had searched around for a long time, and tried other jewellers to get this work done, but without success, and all the time Anthony James were here on my doorstep. Would thoroughly recommend them for their excellent staff and service.
Purchased a 40th birthday pendant and earings today. The person who served me was very thoughtful and helpful. You have a beautiful selection of items and I was spoilt for choice. Will certainly recommend to others and come to you again. Thank you Beryl Adams
I am so sad that I have to put a review on here that is negative. On purchasing I was treated with respect and kindness, yet when I came back to exchange I was made to feel that I was a liar and trying to pull a fast one, I was the person who bought a bracelet for my partner for his birthday, and the lady said that she remembers my partner wearing it out of the shop, this was not true as he was given the gift on his birthday and had never been in the shop before. We were made to feel like we were scum when all we wanted was to swap it for something he would wear, and happy to pay any difference. However, it was such a nasty experience that we just left with a bracelet that was not changed. I am so sad that this was the way they decided to lose a customer who was treated so badly. Very unhappy and so sad.

Always a first class service from a first class lady owner and her first class staff - all are attentive, informative helpful and polite - Antony James is endemic of service and customer care qualities of the highest of standards thats always delivered in this Jewellers - standards that are unfortunately so lacking in so many high street establishments - but evident and alive and well at Antony James - they are undoubtedly an asset to Burnham on Sea - I wish them well ( Raymond, new local resident ! )
