   I've ordered from Creative Glass Guild six times. Their stained glass always arrives intact, carefully packed in recyclable materials. Most recently, I ordered a fusing glass selection pack and Silberschnitt running pliers, which are expensive, but give much greater control over tricky curved cuts. I've used other good suppliers but CGG is one of the best. And they have recently reduced delivery charges.

   Ordered there twice, once for tools and once for glass. Both times they were brilliant!! The flux, solder and copper tape were top quality, and when I ordered the glass it was just stunning. Especially the Luna Rainbow selection pack was great as I have tons of colours to experiment with on a budget!! As a beginner it's perfect :D I have added some photos of the other favourites I ordered

   Great stockist for Oceanside 96 glass - a smooth, easy-to-cut, fusible glass for beginners. I use it to make custom blocks for relief casting. They also have many other glasses (inc for copper foiling and leading) along with tools, display stands etc. Delivery is speedy and efficient, and I've never had a breakage (hopefully that isn't tempting fate!!)

   I'm new to stained glass. Creative Glass Guild have competitive prices and the customer service is brilliant. If I'm unsure of what tool, glass, foil, lead etc to buy, the girls who answer the phone are so helpful and knowledgeable, they always have the answers and are really friendly too. Delivery is quick and really well packed. Can't imagine using any other supplier.

   We all like to use a company that you get a great service from, don't we? Creative Glass Guild is that, rare company. I had a couple of questions about glass opacity, so I sent an email at 16.20. At 16.49, not only did Emma-Jayne reply to the email but added 2 hand held photos of the glass I was querying. So, I placed my order for glass at 10.30 am and at 11.10, I was notified that it was packed and ready for despatch. Following morning it arrived. Now that's what I call service!
