Lovely, quiet spot to relax, well maintained. Kids can run around and have fun in the water. We were there when they cleaned the area with a jetwash as well. Plenty of space to sit down as well but it's pretty much all in the sun.

Great place to enjoy the sun and let children play in the water fountain.
A nice relaxing place to sit, in-between White City and Wood Lane underground stations and opposite Television Centre. The fountains also do a show every now and then, I saw one at 5pm. Lots of seating, peaceful surroundings (ignore the occasional train!) and idyllic sounds of flowing water.
