   Not a great option on the carousel, post lunch rush around 2pm despite being busy. Food took a while to be delivered to our table that we had ordered, waited around to order more but ultimately decided to leave. Service could of been more attentive as we wanted to order more plates as nothing was being added to the rotation.

   Yo sushi more like NO SUSHI. Waited 20 mins to even get seated. Then had nothing on the belt same thing going around and around and waited 45 mins after ordering to then find out they haven’t processed our order…… ended up walking out and going to kamakura where it was way better and relaxed.

   First time eating in a sushi restaurant- personally I don’t like fish/ seafood but they still got good chicken/rabbit etc food for people who don’t like fish - loved the experience. Definitely will go back

   We really enjoyed visiting YO! Sushi, amazing range of food that is worth the price, the experience is awesome watching the plates go round and round on the belt. However the service could be a little quicker, we were waiting around 20 minutes for ready food to be placed on the belt so we could eat while the chefs were making more. The tables are also very small and cramped. However when we got our food and drinks all of this was made up for!

   So disappointed by the service. I've been to numerous Yo sushis throughout the UK and never had a problem. I've never been made to feel so unwelcome, the staff were annoyed that we walked in at 8pm (they closed at 9pm) and so tried to do everything they could to get rid of us (ignoring us, putting on their normal clothes to leave before half 8, acting generally annoyed at us). Other customers walked in throughout our time there and ended up walking out after being ignored

   Seated and given instructions how to order. Easy enough. Food arrived on trolley in good time. The hand roll was fresh and had good taste, but the roll was inedible (crab was hard, old?) was taken off my bill. I won’t be back soon.

   Hands down one of the worst dining experiences ever in Belfast. I normally hold back on bad reviews for anywhere but this place is seriously deserving of it. I was asked if I wanted cutlery or chopsticks before ordering on the app, when my food arrived I still had to ask for a fork, there were none. I waited 8 minutes literally, while my starter went cold, and finally got one. There was a table clearly being used by staff absolutely filthy. A couple next to me walked out after their cold arrived cold. Pickled ginger and wasabi was spooned out of a Tupperware container on full display to diners and both lids were not even secured on the containers. Whoever is in charge of this franchise should be mortified, this clearly has not happened overnight. Never again.

   Covid has sort of ruined this experience a little bit because it used to be so class that the dishes just rotated, you got to choose what you liked and you were charged by the plate at the end. Post covid you order it and it stops where you sit which is still good. The choices have changed as well, I like the improvements but all the older things on the menu should also have stayed. Most of our visits the staff are great with the exception of one girl the last time that we went.
