The food has changed since the reopening. The main change is flavour which is now almost completely gone. The Katsu curry has a weird chemical metalic after taste. Having been a regular visitor before I was so disappointed with the changes in food quality. My two kids thought the same, they staright away said. This dosnt taste like our wagamama. I won't be back unfortunately. Service was the same as was atmosphere- fast food trying to take it up a notch. strongly suspect that some bean pusher has decreed that savings must be made so they have cut ingredient prices. Shock horror, bad food means people won't return which means no money made. The thing is there are so many great restaurants in Belfast now that a place with bad food won't survive long.

Went to Wagama with a couple of mates. We were really quick to be seated and atmosphere was nice. However, we were waiting 25 minutes for someone to take our order, that was because my friend had to flag someone down. Food cane quickly and was nice. I had the Chicken Bao Buns, with Asian slaw. However it only seemed to come with cucumber. Then I had the Chicken Thigh rice bowl with custom veg, and Yuzu sauce. This was actually really lovely and tasty. I overall found the experience okay and will be back in future

We Visited Wagamama with our family last night in Victoria square. We throughly enjoyed our meals. I ordered duck filled dumplings with hoi sin sauce, some Korean fried chicken Bao buns and chicken Yuzu with noodles. My children enjoyed the presentation compilation of their meals which I will include a photo of. Our server, Sarah was an amazing host for our first time visit. She was very knowledgeable regarding the menu and helped us choose our meals. She also presented our meals to us with professionalism and politeness. Our family will be booking Wagamama again very soon.

We had vouchers as it was a free trial, and FOH and BOH were doing practice, Service was better than some places I have been to, attentive but not overly. Great to see the chefs work together and deliver great food.

Great food, great taste, the only criticism I have is the steak was a bit tough and not great quality, the pork belly was amazing and my Chefs recommended Pork Ramon was delicious, I also had a side of crispy fried chicken in a sweet hot sauce, my had boa buns with sticky chicken and chicken curry with sticky rice, all in all it was a very positive experience and would definitely be visiting again ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had to wait a bit for our table (group of 5), but as soon as we sat down we had a nice server who got our order immediately. She warned us about the potential long wait but our entrees were back to us within 5 minutes. Grilled chicken ramen was excellent and only 13£. Had a nice spice to it as well! 5/5 for how crowded it was

I ordered grilled chicken ramen. They have a friendly service here with short waiting time from door to table. The staffs are attentive and they have toilets available inside. I gave 4-stars because my ramen broth was not really hot enough when served but the meal was filling. I would recommend this place to my friends when in town.

I chose this place for the many vegetarian options it offers. I didn't know exactly what to expect, but I feel a little disappointed. I know this isn't a stand alone family run restaurant, but I would say the food wasn't so tasty, it's like the tastes are not matching for me. At least it isn't overpriced, and the portions are big enough. But still, I didn't like so much all we had. Fast paced environment even if we entered the place at 3pm, and food was served with 10 minutes delay, so one person was eating and the other wasn't. I can't say the food wasn't good, but even though I like japanese so much, I wasn't so satisfied. The best one was "Vegatsu", and I would recommend this, I also liked the rice. But too much coriander for me!

The menu offered less vegan option as the Wagamama in Edinburgh. However, the ramen were really tasty (and spicy!!) and the gyoza I ordered as a starter were also delicious. The staff is really friendly, and the water is free.
