   hi there I ordered food last night which i have done before. never had a problem but the quality for the price was shocking. I ordered chicken Katsu. the food was freezing and the katsu curry was congealed with cold as per picture. the chicken was hard and really dry. as per picture. the quality was definitely not wagamana standards. ive contacted Uber eats however they have been useless.    Unfortunately nowhere near as good as the other wagamama in victoria square Belfast. Had the firecracker meal which had lovely flavour, but the sticky rice was very hard and dry which is not the way stick rice should be. Sticky rice each time I order it in the other location I mentioned is lovely, fluffy, moist and sticky. Presentation was good. My wife's meal was poorly presented and bland, just like my child's noodle dish The Kirin draft Japanese beer is lovely and I highly recommend it. The bao buns for starters is a great choice. They are soft and full of flavour. Staff however are warm and friendly except for the older lady dressed in black who was very sharp and cold. I felt this lady was quite patronising....not good at all. The foods delivery really needs some work. I had my food 10 minutes before my wife had hers. My child had her food approximately 5 minutes after mine.

   Fantastic lunch at wagamama today, first time here, but won't be my last. Highly recommend it, if you haven't been then it's a must. The food is to die for, I'll not try & spell them here, but there was 3 of us, so 3 different meals, plus tried 2 sides aswell. Beautiful food, healthy portions, great atmosphere, friendly & knowledgeable staff. Great value for money.

   I liked my meal and also tried my partner's food and it tasted nice as well. We asked that our meals be made really spicy but I knew it probably would still not be as spicy as needed so I asked for chili flakes or some sort of peppery sauce. They brought both options. We used the spicy sauce with our meal. I also had a lemon cheesecake. The cake was great. My only complaint is why there is barely any meat in both our food? That was annoying and weird. I like meaty food and their food just isn't. Both our meals were supposed to have chicken and prawns. I think I only saw 3 tiny prawns in my food. The chicken was miserly. Filling up the plate with veggies and little meat. This is why I gave them 2 stars. Also, I ordered gin and tonic. I later asked if they sold shots because I needed more gin and they said no. So to get more gin, I'd have to order gin and tonic again when I just wanted more gin to finish up my tonic. Entire thing cost about £53 for two persons.

   power large spinach. apple. fresh ginger Hot vegatsu spicy! vegetables in crispy panko breadcrumbs and covered in our spicy curry sauce. sticky white rice. side salad. japanese pickles

   The staff were friendly. The food was lovely. I will come again when I'm in the area UPDATE food still lovely so long as you don't mind eating while your husband watches because his hasn't arrived yet. This happened twice now but tonight I had finished my dinner for ages and his still hadn't come. Staff handled it well but we would prefer to eat together!
