Chips like scratching, pizza wasn’t very nice and took ages to deliver despite us being close, baby was in bed hence not collecting.
I placed an order for delivery, I paid cash to discover there were items missing. I called the shop to let them know. They said I would have to wait an hour for the items to be delivered. I had to drive down to get my missing items. I did not get my delivery refunded and to add insult to injury I was told that I was lying about the missing items.
Wouldn’t recommend pizzas they were bitter and burnt. Also delivery was late
Absolute disgrace. This shop sold me RAW SAUSAGES that I nearly fed to my children. The owners response was its human error and no one is right or wrong!!! How? This should not happen if u are cooking foods to the correct recommended temperature. He said maybe is colouring..... TF?!??? This is the second time something like this has happened here. The first incident they sold me a chicken pie which was solid frozen on the inside. I am reporting them to Wolverhampton environmental health. I will never use this chip shop again and I suggest you all stay away too. The workers were very patronising on the phone as if I was lying about the sausages being raw. I do not recommend the day ago I ordered fries alone fat fries like rusks chicken reheated in old oil stinky skins should be crunchy and not slide samosa with chicken is a big mistake inside dry I do not know what even the chicken did not remind me that everything landed in the trash and I was only hungry and bad I do not recommend
