Why would someone order a vegetarian pizza if they were comfortable with non-vegetarian food? The reason is simple due to dietary restrictions and allergies.
Despite this, you delivered a vegetarian pizza along with a Mexican pizza that contained beef and pepperoni. This is completely unacceptable. Such negligence could have caused serious health issues due to allergies.
This reflects a lack of care and attention on your part. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and expect a full refund for the incorrect order. Please address this matter urgently and ensure better quality control going forward.

Came all the way from Manchester to eat here again. Pizza is flavorful, chips are crunchy, doner meat is juicy, prices are great(10 quid for the doner calzone) and it's right by the train station. Very friendly staff, low wait times. Would recommend.

I ordered from here via just eats and all i have to say is dont bother. ive ordered previously which was okay both times however, this time the food was over 3 hours late and when i kept asking whats the delay i got told ten minutes, multiple times. my house is about a 10 minute drive which isnt exceptable i offer to get an uber to go pick it up which they insist i needed to do as it was on the way but came a whole 45 minutes later and when it arrived it was COMPLETELY WRONG we specified no salad in our mix meat boxs which we got and we also paid for a half and half pepperoni and meat fast in which they gave us ham and pineapple. for a 3 hour wait they gave us extras which was a busted can that went everywhere btw. Absolutely horrendous services which is so disappointing as this was my third time ordering wouldn't waste your time or money!!!

1. I was asked if I wanted “all salad” shreds of cabbage and onion is “ALL” - what a joke. (Made my own salad to add at home)
2. I asked for sauce on the kebab, they didn’t add it. It was dry.
3. £8 for a few strips of kebab and chips + cabbage and onion…let’s be real now
Overall, I don’t think we will come here again, value for money should be revised! Good night.

This doesn't bring me any joy leaving this review. I used to be an extreme loyal customer using weekly. And started to us less as the foods I used to order seemed like they was recooked orders. Until last night we'll no longer be using this service as my whole household including myself are bed bound due to food poisoning. You can imagine how it is. All of us continously vomiting and diarrhoea and painful stomach cramps not a great image or feeling. Shame on you tasty bites!! More like disgusting bites!!

Unfortunately the pineapple Pizza tasted of cleaning fluid. Can't figure out if it's safe to eat so haven't. No easy way to inform them so have to use ratings.
Updated as I failed to mention that the other 2 pizza's were bang on. Just a shame one wasn't edible.

I am a regular customer of Tasty Bites, especially when it comes to ordering veggie burger and margherita pizza. But today (19 Jul) my experience was terrible, especially because of the way the person from their team spoke to me over the phone. I tried to explain to him that by mistake he has sent me wrong order. Instead of margherita pizza, I received a non- vegetarian one. The non-vegetarian portions and corns were inside the cheese layer, so at first glance it appeared to be a margherita pizza. Attached is the picture for reference. He said that it was impossible because his team delivered so many freshly made pizzas every day. I informed him that he was misinterpreting my meaning, but he refused to pay attention. And when I said that my daughter vomited after having a bite of it… he started shouting at me and asked me to send him her medical reports showing that her vomiting happened due to that pizza. He is not good at listening and kept on arguing with me stating that it’s a hot and busy day for him and he cannot do anything now. When I asked him what I should do with the nonveg pizza, he very rudely said that ‘what do you want me to do…. Throw it away’. I told him that this is the last time I am ordering anything from your place as he was very rude while talking. In response, he said that he is fine with that and thanked me.
All I wanted to do was let him know that I received a wrong order today. Instead of showing empathy, he started arguing with me, he really needs to work on his customer serving skills and would request if he can be little soft spoken for the benefit of the future and existing customers. I can imagine the limitations due to bad weather and its human error; it can happen with anyone. It’s totally fine. I was not even seeking any compensation or a ‘free meal’. Thank you for not understanding what I was trying to say. But if this is how you deal with your customers, I would prefer not to place any more orders from Tasty Bites. I thank you and your team for serving us thus far. Good Luck!
