Where do I start? I have been a regular customer here for years ordering well over hundreds of times in the past 10 years, and have loved the food until I ordered today. Dreadful. Ordered thin crust pizza and recieved thick, mushy and undercooked dough that tasted horrible. They’ve also seemed to have changed the toppings and cheese? The cheese tasted awful! I paid for extra cheese and the pizza was barely topped with cheese. They’ve also SHRUNK the portion sizes of sides. Large chips now about 2/3 of the size it was and the garlic mushrooms, I received about 6 after previously ordering receiving double? Not sure if they’ve changed ownership or something but tonight’s meal was dreadful. I used to regard this place as the go to place for pizza and takeaway and put it way above the others around the area. Tonight’s meal was worse than the local kebab shop you find in Nottingham city centre. AVOID IF YOU HAVENT ORDERED FROM HERE IN A WHILE AS IT ISNT WHAT IT WAS! I will be finding a new go to. Poor decision on reducing portion sizes whilst charging MORE money and being tight with the toppings of your god awful pizza. Goodbye Efes, been a good 10 years! UPDATE: I live in bulwell. Have found a hidden gem. If you like pizza with lots of topping and cheese, speedy delivery and good size portions particularly on the sides, go for: PIZZA PAN. Excellent pizzas and a million miles better than this rubbish from Efes! DO NOT ORDER, they have gone downhill so badly!
Fantastic food - UNFORTUNATELY leaving a bad review because of your new delivery driver.. I left a note on Deliveroo for driver to PLEASE DONT BANG ON OUR BACK GATE, come to the front door:.. it seems your driver can’t read simple instructions was banging at our back gate really loudly and in a vulgar manner. Opened the gate to be greeted aggressively by a guy claiming he had been waiting for 20 minutes. He actually waited for no longer than 2 minutes as I had to get outside and open our gate, get my shoes on and get outside. I tried to explain this was our back gate and where the front gate was as this is not the first time he has done this and he walked off and ignored me. Was a regular customer ordering multiple times in a week sometimes, but will not be ordering again unless the driver changes his attitude and follows instructions or you get a new one.
I have ordered from here for years but the pizza i had today was awful. The base was practically as thin as a tortilla wrap and the cheese was none existent. So was just basically tomato sauce and there wasn’t even much of that. I’m really disappointed as the pizzas i’ve had are usually really good. Absolute waste of money! Think i’m going to go elsewhere from now :(
Accidentally ordered the wrong burger immediately phoned them up to ask to swap the Chili burger to the Hawaiian as I am allergic to jalapeños. When spoke with the gentleman he said it was absolutely fine and they would switch it. After waiting an hour and a half the burgers arrived but with the chilli burger instead of the Hawaiian that I had asked for it be switched to. Really disappointed. Haven’t been able to eat because of this.
1st time I've used Efes and will definitely be going back. The pizza arrived on time, hot, well presented and tasted brilliant. Excellent choices with toppings and bases. If you like pizza try Efes

What has gone wrong? Haven't ordered from here in a while. Use to love the kebab grill special years ago but seriously the meal I just had was terrible. Mederterain Chicken & Mexican Chicken tasteless, both just tasted like normal chicken. Kebab meat stone cold..salad more onion than salad..naan breads were solid and you could of played frizbee with them. The best part of meal was the 2 dips and the fudge cake ( because they didn't make it ) won't be ordering from here again. Shame, use to be a brilliant takeaway, must of changed management
This had to be one of the worst takeaways I have ever eaten. I ordered Mediterranean chicken, which I was told was similar to the chicken tikka wrap. I will never use this establishment again. Very poor.
