   Just ordered from here the chicken was cold and dry the chips was hot and nice thankyou also rang back to explain why disappointed didn’t understand or listen will not order again got half food left half cooked and cold

   It was conveniently located right across the street from where we were staying, so it seemed like an easy choice for a quick meal. Unfortunately, the experience ended up being pretty disappointing. The food took quite a long time to prepare, and normally I wouldn’t mind waiting if the quality matched the delay, but in this case, it really didn’t. The pizzas were just barely passable, edible, but nothing memorable or worth going out of your way for. The bigger issue was the Doner meat. It was extremely greasy, but not in a flavorful, juicy way… just heavy, unpleasant, and difficult to eat. The taste and texture were both off, and after a few bites, I honestly wished we had gone somewhere else entirely. Given the long wait and the poor quality, I really don’t see myself coming back here again. There are too many better options nearby to settle for this place a second time.

   In all the pizzas I've had. this as got to be the number 1 looks good teast good and smell good. Ive enjoyed eating this. (hot and spicy) will order again from here.

   Went into the shop asked for jacket potato mixed with tuna and mayonnaise he refused to mix the tuna and mayo together started getting rude say he don’t like this never again and to never return to the shop I’m shocked never had such appalling service in my life and then forced my to buy the food disgraceful definitely wont be returning.

   I don't know whats gone wrong with this place lately, maybe too many staff changes. Ordered a pizza Double Mushroom Double Pineapple, pizza base was like it was bought from the Co Op, hardly any toppings ( no where near single serving not mind double ) and was in the pizza oven about 3 minutes so was hardly cooked, less than 5 minutes walk from my house but probably won't be using again, shame as it use to be a great takeaway

   I am addicted to Britanya’s pizza, it’s the BEST pizza - all the perfect proportions of cheese, sauce and toppings. It always comes hot, sometimes it takes a while to arrive but it’s always 110% worth it. Give it a try, trust me you will love it! The only negative is the guy on the phone doesn’t have good customer service.
