Such kind workers!! Though they accidentally mixed my order up a little, they gave me a free small pizza to make up for it! Such kind hearted people working there, amazing customer service!! :)
Lovely pizza and delivery guy was very friendly. Pizza was hot this time, so issue with delivery has been sorted. Great customer service ☺️
The Bulwell branch delivery is 5 star service. The ordering is easy, the food is excellent, always hot and fresh. The consistency is perfect, every delivery & food is 100%. We've never had a bad order yet. The delivery always arrives really fast & the delivery staff are very nice. Everything about this Papa John's is perfect. I highly recommend 100%
Absolutely dreadful service went in paid for a pizza for delivery the work closed at 11 o’clock I went in there at 10:20 and made an order and paid for my pizza and they said they were delivered in 15 to 20 minutes they have not delivered a pizza bulwell papas and Johns is absolutely waste of time do not recommend this one bit worst service ever
If I could give 0 stars I would !! First time I’ve ever complained on google as a local guide….The colleagues / managers are unable to communicate with a member of the public / customer in a way that is respectful and professional. I raised a complaint as a friend who answered the door said they took money for the order that was already paid for online (he was a little worse for wear). I called up and spoke to the manager and said if this is true I want the money returning and an apology to my friend as it’s his house. I then got a phone call 20 minutes later from the delivery driver directly ??? and the way I was spoken was just well WOW… disrespectful and unprofessional, phases used like “you’ve accused me of steeling” and “I never took nothing as we don’t take cash ?” The phone was then put down when I asked how I complain about the interaction. I called back to the so called manager and then proceeded to tell me he had a go at her ? And I pointed out that a manager that not right and as the manager he should of called me back. Never again will I use this store again. I would surgery so training courses on dealing with complaints, investigations and people management so you can be treating your colleague fairly so they don’t feel attacked and on the defensive and then have it out with a customer on the phone ?? JUST SHOCKING
So far, they have not let me down. I'm very quick to ditch a business that upsets me, after-all, if they want my money, they have to offer a good service. So far, this Papa Johns have done a good service. Sure, they have ran out of dips and sent a substitute once but nothing so far to destroy my confidence in them.
Papa John’s often has good deals! eg 50% on >£40 Order (2 XXL Pizza @ £22) 25% on >£25 orders Typical Waiting Time: 30-60mins Quality of Service: There are a few occasions where the food experience could be better: 1.) once I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and they forget the BBQ sauce: phoned up and they immediately remade and redelivered a new pizza even though it was close to closing times 2.) once I ordered Greek, but the restaurant rang up and said they ran out of feta cheese. My partner is picky and cancelled the order, the refund was processed within 3 working days 3.) my property does not appear on the satnav and the delivery guy tried his best to locate me, the pizza turned lukewarm when it arrived. 4.) The Greek pizza ingredients online doesn’t include jalapeños, but the pizza arrived came with it. Had to pick them out lol Food Portions: 2 XXL pizzas can turn into 3 meals for myself & my partner Overall, despite the small issues, the discount and their customer service are satisfactory!
