   Stopped here for lunch on the way home today. Car park was busy so thought the food must be good and we were not disappointed. Food was quick to arrive, was piping hot, and very tasty. One of the best meals we have had out for a while. Highly recommended. Can't wait to have a day out again just so we can pop in again.

   Food was really great. You are not going to go hungry here. Service was a little patchy and we ended up not bothering with dessert because it took so long to clear the table then no one came to take the order. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

   The food here is excellent, it is consistently delicious and looks incredible. There’s a wide choice on the menu and the tex mex section is particularly good. Service is friendly and quick. Great for families but also couples and friends etc. A great all rounder

   Really nice pub / restaurant. I was in quite a large party for Easter Sunday lunch. Had a couple of drinks in the bar before dining and the bar service was great. Once in the restaurant the food was really good, I shared Nacho Supreme for two with my nephew and had a rare 8oz sirloin steak for my main, which was cooked perfectly. The service was great, with several tabs being run between everyone at the table without issues.

   The setting is lovely and the building is beautiful. The menu has a good selection and the portion sizes were good. We waited a little longer than we'd expect to be served but we put it down to the Christmas effect. We will go back again.

   Went here Monday after a funeral. Lovely decor and atmosphere. Not too busy. A few others besides our lot. Drinks were good and had a huge selection especially of gin. Beer was great as was cider. Food was lovely and came out quickly. The lite bite burgers were like regular burgers with fewer chips so if you really want something light, I'd probably say get something different as it's not that light. But very nice burger and chips. Sweet and Sour chicken was beautiful. Loads of chicken, loads of chips and loads of rice. Definitely bring your appetite! Great value for money. Had a varied and extensive menu. Would definitely come back especially for the food and recommend.

   Very welcoming staff, the menu has a very wide range to choose from, as well as a vegan menu. The selection of ales is very good too. There is a huge beer garden 'round the back with large parasols.

   Came for my birthday dinner and once again great service, great food, great price and covid compliant and social distancing rules in place. Booked via phone. Food was lovely again, we are Bentlands repeat offenders as its worth the trip for a meal here. Minor concern over the warmth of the belly pork in bbq sauce not being as hot as I would have liked but it didn't distract from being nice It's a 5 star place
