Had an amazing meal for 12 adults and one child. The staff were incredibly attentive and a special mention for Shan, who was amazing sorting out some gift vouchers we had! Thank you all again for a truly delightful experience.
Came here earlier this evening and had such a fantastic meal and overall experience. Our server was such a lovely and friendly young woman who was very attentive and smiley despite the business of the restaurant. We enjoyed some ice cold Asahi beers and our respective dinners. I had the firecracker chicken which was delicious and perfectly balanced. Great amount of sweet to spicy - same with the hot honey chicken starter. Flipping amazing stuff. Thanks to the West Bridgeford Wagamama team for a fantastic evening
Went there for early dinner , place was lovely clean & very fast service. Lady welcomed us , took us to the table and double checked if we have any food allergy . There is a well explained with details regarding peanut allergy on every table ( check photo ) We ordered four starters to share 2 pieces of bbq beef bao bun , 4 chicken skewers , few breaded fried prawns , 5 pieces of chicken gyoza then our main dishes We ordered Diet Coke for £3.90 each Very nice to have sauces on the table with spare cutlery and wooden chop sticks too Food was great , flavours and cooked to perfection my only disappointment was the dish I ordered chicken Donburi came in medium sized bowl with a lot of rice , vegetable but had little portion of chicken that I ended up eating just rice which was not ideal if only they balance the quantities so we don’t end up with rice only
Came in for lunch and was served by Winnie her service was polite, professional and friendly she recommended the new dessert and it was delicious. Food and service outstanding and restaurant was clean and appealing. Will visit again next time I'm in the area
We have eaten at many Wagamama restaurants over the years and the food can be great sometimes and not so great at other times but the service is always good. This was our first time at this restaurant and it won’t be the last. The food and drinks were excellent, the service was excellent, thank you Felina! Lovely and clean restaurant. We had a lovely time, thank you. I would highly recommend it.
Had a spontaneous valentines lunch here. (My fist time at Wagamama's) And it was simply amazing. Service super friendly and fast. The Food just is delicious. And I wanna point out that I really love it, when I get exactly what is shown in the Menu.
food was perfect....brought my daughter out for a meal..my starter came we had that.then her mains came..an when she was nearly finished her starter came.then about 15min later my mains came...apart from that all was good
We had the best day! From being the minute we arrive we ere greeted very promptly by a lovely smiling lady who seated us quickly. We were eating with our small children and upon sitting down we had a abundance of crayons and menus to colour which was amazing. Our drinks were taken straight away and food orders which was fab. Everyone was super friendly and happy which made our experience so much better. The food was great! I have a love for the spice on the table and I asked a super cheeky request to who I believed was the manger if we could purchase some. He advised we we not able to buy this but went off and came back with some for us to take home…..this act of kindness was overwhelming. It’s rare you ever go anywhere now and get treated so nicely. I honestly can’t thank you enough for today. My kids had a great meal….first time I think we have brought a meal they have finished! You guys are all lovey and thank you for making our quick lunch so lovely! We will be back again in a heartbeat!
Had delicious food here. Sat outside as it was warm enough. Don’t know how other people feel but I tend to find interiors of Wagamamas to have too many hard surfaces meaning that it’s uncomfortably noisy. It sounded noisy inside. The staff were good. Didn’t leave us waiting. The menu can be a little confusing compared to the old style menu but I’m sure the staff would help if needed.
