   The Eastern Tandoori is a supreme local Indian Restaurant. The restaurant is meticulously clean, airy, with traditional decor. Mo is a great host and his father's cooking is of the highest quality. Food and drink are reasonably priced, either to sit in or take away and the potions are generous. I've been going there for many years and never been disappointed. Highly recommended if you have never visited.

   I’ve been a patron of the Eastern Tandoori for years and never really thought about leaving a review. However, tonight’s meal was so outstanding I have to show my appreciation. We had the Chicken Korma with mushroom pilau rice and a plain nan bread. Pretty ordinary fare but not tonight. Tonight’s was without doubt THE best Korma we’ve ever had in any Indian restaurant ! It was soooo creamy, flavourful and the chicken pieces were as tender as a very tender thing. The rice added to the taste and the nan was perfect. Many thanks to all the great staff.

   Great Indian food. Superb flavours and well presented. We got Chicken Pasanda with Peshwari Naan and Pilau rice to take out and it was lovely. Very courteous service. Highly recommended.

   I really enjoy the Eastern Tandoori food. We are a family who likes sweet dishes and spicy ones and both are always delicious with generous portions. I have being trying different ones every time I order and haven't being disappointed. We have being in the seat in area when open and now we do the take away. The staff is attentive, kind and helpful when you ask for advice. We highly recommend.

   I got delivery from this restaurant this evening as I am wanting to try new Indian food having only had it a few times before. I was expecting a long wait for delivery but it arrived very quickly! The butter chicken is amazing and the aloo gobi and saag paneer as side dishes and they were delicious. Naan and poppadoms were also lovely. Very tasty and good value for money as I have a lot of leftovers. Would definitely recommend ordering from this restaurant and will be back again to try something new.
