Unfortunately I have to go here every week as it's the kids choice for a treat and it's the same story every week where something is missing from the order when you return home. Sick having to return to complaining and receive missing items so I will avoid completely from here on, although Bangor isn't much better!
Ordered breakfast for myself and my son this morning through the app. The delivery driver was really rude and trying to deliver my food to my next door neighbour even though the address was clearly mine on the app. The food was cold, no syrup for the pancakes and even though I'd ordered 2 mango smoothies and paid extra, we recieved 2 cokes. Absolutely shocking service. Not the first time this has happened and nobody answers the phone. We'll not be back
This place is a disgusting mess I will not ever eat from here again if you want a McDonald's go to Bangor as this place is full of people who cannot read a simple order! Don't try to order on the app because if it's wrong you will have to physically go to the shop to fix the problem and the people there will mess it up again and again. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW HARD IT IS TO READ A ORDER AND FULFIL THE ORDER I GOT ONLY DRINKS AND NO MEALS LIKE HOW IN THE WHOLE WORLD DO YOU GET THAT WRONG!!!!!!!
Absolutely awful place! Orders repeatedly wrong as constantly forgetting to put burgers in bags, food cold, hair found in a wrap, and no way to make a complaint formal! Such a waste of money, if I could give zero stars I would!!!!!
Can't comment on the atmosphere as we went through the drive through. As have come to expect, we got the usual... missing food, burgers crammed and stacked up in the paper bag so bottom ones were a mess, chips a bit on the cold side. Makes a mockery of the convenience of the drive through as you have to stop in the carpark, check your order and inevitably find a parking space to go into the branch to get everything sorted... Foods even colder by then!
McDonalds in Ards forgot a big part of my order once again. Seems to be a reoccurring theme here. Not good.
Good inexpensive but tasty food . Hot and delivered on time . I always use collect and pick up inside as experience shows that waiting to be served at a collection point usually means food is colder as it sits for a while before getting to ya !!.
Just out from getting some lunch. Staff are so unfriendly, makes you feel like you've annoyed them just by coming in, and no, it wasn't busy. Girl cleaning the floors miserable, guy behind the counter, miserable. They're definitely in the wrong job. Customer service isn't for any of them.
Got my drinks in the drive-through and was asked to wait in space 2 for my food. So I waited … and waited … and watched the cars that had arrived after me get served. After 20 minutes I went up to the window again to discover they’d given my food to the wrong car.
I was in this restaurant today had mozzarella bites and big tasty . I was about to buy my usual Big Mac but the pleasant guy named Madhav highly recommended these 2 things and I change my mind and go with this the food was amazing . Thanks for Madhav for good recommendations and great customer service . It’s hard to find good customer service nowadays .
