Delivery took 2 hours, food freezing. Forgot straws and sauce. This is both with Uber eats through the McDonald's app (there's no way to complain) and through Just Eat. Usually a good customer but I won't be back.
Good service, clean restaurant, nearly perfect except I got the sense my burger was put together "in a rush". I'll be back.
Great staff, big thanks to Emma today for helping with our crying toddler (he had been in A&E earlier). Emma not only helped stop him crying but went out of her way to absolutely make his day.
I ordered a delivery for my sick mother in law who was in the hospital just across the road from the restaurant. The food arrived 1 hour and 10 mins after the order was placed, once it arrived my mother in law called me to inform me that the main part of the order (the burger) had not arrived, I tried to call the restaurant, but the phone does not work, it says the message box if full., I also contacted Uber delivery, they could not help. The whole experience was terrible.
Just ordered a grill ask for sausage to be added to a bacon roll meal order number 180 and guess what no sausage. So I paid extra for nothing. This is the second time I have had to do a review as the Dundonald McDonalds does not answer their phone. It was on the receipt but maybe the kitchen staff find it hard to read.
Just got a half a medium fries there was more in my kids happy meals then there was in my own
Worst McDonald's in Northern Ireland since the main one in town was closed. It's CRAZY busy as it's across from the hospital so I get that it's manic, but the length of time preprepared food & drinks sit out is unacceptable and will almost certainly mean your coffee will be cold or ice-cream melted before you even get it. The little lady who helps with the sit in really enjoys coughing on you too, so if you can get it in a bag you'd be doing yourself a favour. You'll be waiting a while on your food and you WILL be disappointed, but that's part of the experience isn't it , it's McDonald's not the Ritz. Staff all work amazingly hard and you won't see anyone swinging their arms, so no fault placed on any of them.
