   I dined here 2 years back and I still think, it was the worst food ever. On top of that, they are deleting negative reviews to maintain a high rating (4.5). I originally wrote a detailed review explaining what was bad. Must be having some sort of arrangements with Google. I rarely give 1 star review but the ones I give, I definitely revisit to check on them.

   I recently visited Himalayan and was thoroughly impressed. The food was exceptional — full of rich, authentic flavors and beautifully presented. Every dish tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared, capturing the essence of Himalayan cuisine perfectly. The service was warm and attentive, and the cozy atmosphere made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear the chefs take real pride in their craft. Overall, Himalayan exceeded my expectations in every way. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious, flavorful food and a welcoming environment.

   The staff seemed polite at first, but it felt clearly discriminatory when we were seated right by the door while many empty tables were available. I felt uncomfortable and left after finishing the meal. The food was fine, and the staff themselves were okay, but the seating choice left a bad impression.

   Host is absolutely exuberant and entertained us the whole meal with funny anecdotes and dancing. Meal itself couldn’t fault esp the dhal. Free cocktail after the meal ended the evening on a fun note! Highly recommend!

   The Most satisfying Nepalese/Indian food restaurant in the Belfast. This place maintains their unique identity by serving Nepalese food. Staff was courteous and service was good. Ambience is perfect for fine dine. We had tried following dishes Veg Momos - 2.5/5 Prawns Tandoori - 3/5 (It tastes delicious but it was not tandoor) Veg Himalayan Chowmin 4.5/5 Prawns Himalayan curry 4/5 (This is highly Recommended but the quantity of gravy is sufficient for only single person) Butter Naan 5/5 (The size of naan is perfect as compared to other indian restaurants in Belfast) Gulabjamun 5/5 (Just perfect)

   Great tasting food that's not overly greasy as can be the case with some other similar restaurants. Very friendly and welcoming staff, I highly recommend the Himalayan curry, I had the lamb one and the meat was melt in your mouth tender. it was quite spicy even though the menu only says 2 chillies and I do like spice but if you don't maybe ask them if they can tone it down, lovely time we even got a complimentary glass of Prosecco as an after dinner treat. If I'm in Belfast again I will surely be back
