Ordered this on uber eats. Definitely the best Indian takeaway I have ever had!!! Absolutely sensational. So much flavour, perfect texture, gorgeous sides and the rice was so flavourful. 10/10 from me. (Vegan) and 10/10 from my partner (eats meat).

Enjoyable if your like this lower mild types of curries. It's ideal for the English customers as the curries are made to cater for those. On the high side from a price point. For one person I had one curry, rice and some yoghurt. Β£35.00. water. I could afford a desert to be honest. Fantastic service, good option and nice venue. Be sure to observe your bill as a service charge is added. Recommended.

Well, like many of you have mixed feelings about this restaurant, it's an unusual one for me to review. Start with positives. Food is well balanced with flavours and aroma. The interiors are lovely apart from the dim lighting, which makes it difficult to read the menu and appreciate the food visually. The staff are attentive and friendly. Now the negatives. The portions are small, particularly the starters for the price you pay. The seating was interesting as the staff kept seating arriving customers as close as possible when there was plenty of space everywhere. And as we were almost done, a man sat on our next table, and the staff kept swooning over him with various foods. We can only guess he is the owner, who had no interest in saying hello or being civil to his customers. Hope they read my review, take it positively, and think about it!

Well, that korma was incredible, I know, I know, I do like spicy food but I rate a place by it's korma and masala junction do I really good one. Paratha and Onion Bhaji were lovely also, if a place does the standards this well everything else shall follow.

I frequently passed by this place and recently made a visit. I was thoroughly impressed – it's undoubtedly one of the best Indian restaurants in Nottingham. The food was incredibly flavorful, from the starters to the main course. The service was excellent too. I'm definitely planning to go back again.

I went here for an event, raising money for Maggie's Nottingham. Had a really great time, the food was amazing. Indian food isn't something I've really had before, but masala junction has converted me, the food was incredible. With it being an even we had a choice of foods, which was great as it meant I was able to try different foods and loved it all. Can't wait to go again.

Situated in a wonderful old bank building the Masala Junction is conveniently situated within 5 min stroll from the Mercury hotel. On our arrival my wife & I received a very warm welcome and we’re shown to our table. Inside was decorated for Christmas however the restaurant’s own tasteful decor was attractive and very fitting. The menu although not huge had a very good choice of starters, Mains and deserts, additionally a varied choice of wines was available. We ordered the onion barji & vegetable samosas which arrived swiftly, both looked & tasted amazing! For Mains we ordered Chicken Jalfrezi which was a tasty, and delightfully spicy dish & Chicken Tika Tak also delicious although less spicy. Both dishes were generous portions, super tasty, food arrived nice and hot and all was complimented by sides of light perfectly cooked Pilau rice, potato & spinach Sag and quite possibly the best Nan bread we’ve ever tasted! We were both too full for deserts so unable to review those other than to say that what was on offer looked incredibly diverse and sounded delicious. The wine was also superb and the service was outstanding, we cannot fault anything and would highly recommend.

What can be more enjoyable than having a decent curry during a cold rainy day? My very first impression on non-food matters: Excellent service as if you are dining at a Michelin restaurant and great ambience. Their foods are amazing! Look at the food presentation of the starters, simply beautiful and most importantly, they taste really good. Curry (I could not remember the Indian name for it) had a balance taste of spiciness and spices with a generous amount of onions, which makes a great combination with the Garlic Naan. Refreshing taste of the dessert mainly made from carrots, quite a new experience for me. With a satisfying pint of Kingfisher, nothing can go wrong with this meal. I am grateful for the fact that the restaurant was saved from permanent closure. This is an Indian restaurant that you should not miss if you are looking for delicious and authentic Indian meal. I would have rated more than 5 stars if the system allows me to do so.

What a lovely classy restaurant.Loved the ambience and the service is impeccable. For starters ordered papdi tiki Chaat ... absolutely delicious and for drinks ordered a mango lassi and I can say it's the best mango lassi I tasted in a while. For mains ordered matar paneer and roti.Matar paneer had hint of Chaat masala but worked perfect for my taste buds. Highly recommend this place.
