I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from this restaurant. To start with, every single item arrived stone cold, and the delivery took far longer than it should have. By the time the food got to me, it was completely inedible. On top of that, both burgers were completely wrong, and not even close to what was advertised. • The Higson Burger(see photo off Deliveroo) was missing all of its listed toppings, came with the wrong cheese, and bizarrely only had mushrooms on it. • The Little Semi was even worse. It wasn’t even real chicken — it was literally two Birds Eye chicken tenders thrown inside a bun with just lettuce and cheese. No toppings, no sauces, nothing that resembled the menu description. The food looked absolutely nothing like the photos, and for £33, I expected at least a basic level of quality and accuracy. Instead, the entire order went straight in the bin because it simply wasn’t edible. I called the restaurant to give them a chance to resolve it, and the supervisor basically admitted defeat, telling me to raise it with Deliveroo for a full refund. Clearly this isn’t the first time they’ve had complaints. Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish, and I won’t be ordering again. Completely unacceptable for the price, quality, and standards they claim to offer.

Drinks took 20 minutes to come with only 10 other people dining whom already had their dishes so unsure why it took so long. Food took an hour both times i have attended. Good food and good pricing and deals but timing was a big issue. Our food took an hour whilst another table coming after us got theirs in 15 mins and a replacement for a mistake in 5. Staff not consistent with treatment of customers, attentive and respectful to some and blunt and relatively ignorant to us. Felt unwelcome and disappointed with service.

My wife found this place on her way to the Nottingham arena and wanted to take me there. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome and even without a reservation on a Saturday lunchtime were shown to our choice of table in the window. The staff were great and very attentive, without being over the top. The food arrived in good time and was amazing, I had a meat burger and my wife the chicken. The food was hot and well presented and very tasty 2 meals with a side and 2 drinks came to just over £50 which I think was reasonable. I would definitely go again and have recommended it to friends

We had a mixed experience. Firstly we walked in and was told you have to book. We then had to go outside and book online to then walk back in and be shown to our table?! The chicken starter was great and very tasty. We both had chicken burgers as mains. My daughter swapped her fries for waffle fries and they were super good. My burger was a little flavourless and my cut fries were a tad bland too. I ordered some sriracha mayo to spice things up. My daughter loved her hangover burger. Portion sizes were very good and the staff were good as well. Prices were pretty good as well based on what food we got.

Great place for gourmet burgers and fries. It was only just opening time when we arrived but you could tell it would be a fun place to eat. The service was excellent and I had a fat hippo burger and festive fries with cheese and Gravy. The food tasted great and I had a mars attacks milkshake that was so nice and somehow not over sweet as you would expect from the name. As a burger lover I couldn't fault the place and would be happy to eat there anytime I'm in Nottingham.

I found this restaurant by chance and was surprised by the hospitality of the staff and the cozy atmosphere of the place. Everyone was attentive and quick in delivering orders. The burger surprised me, the taste was pleasant and there was a variety of extra sauces to complement it. The fries portion was very generous, I really recommend it to everyone.

An interesting menu with burgers that aren’t ‘basic’. Had the Swiss Tony which was tasty. The beef patty itself could be more flavourful in my opinion but still good overall. I love that it comes with fries so you don’t have to order it separately. My friend had the special- Honey Side Up, which had chicken tenders, a beef patty and bacon. Surprisingly it wasn’t too much and the chicken was very good. I think it’s quite reasonably priced for what you get as well

Really impressed with this place! The range of burgers (as it is considered a burger restaurant) is impressive. You don't need to worry about any dietary requirements as each option can be tailored to cater for your specific needs. The staff are friendly, accommodating and were very knowledgeable of the menu - something you don't get too often these days. I went as part of my work team's Christmas lunch and they really did go the extra mile for us (and we're not a fussy bunch!). The burger I had was appetising, full of flavour and looked inviting from the moment it was brought out. Even the side dishes were seasoned perfectly. There was an extensive range of drinks, offering unusual options (which I'll need to go back to try) to go with your meal. You won't be disappointed. All in all, great value for the food and drink on offer and, when you throw in the lively atmosphere combined with staff qualities, you'll hopefully be as impressed as I was. Looking forward to my next chance to visit.
