   UPDATE friday 20th November 2025: I went here again on this date around past 12. In the afternoon. I was then met by a waiter who had lied and said his manager was away when he was there in the shop. He then refused to give me a discount at first and then stated and lied and said his manager was away when he was not. He lied. He then was refusing to give me the discount which was offered before. He then finally says yes he can give me a discount. He then lies and says he cannot use the card machine for the bottle of water, when you can. That was dishonest what he had said. I then walk out, and then the same Kurdish waiter, shouts “Oi” which I did not like at all. He then states “did you write that review” I said yes. It is my truth and I will always write and speak my truth. He then says to delete the review from google. His own manager was outside also in which he had lied and said he was gone. The Kurdish waiter then starts to be disrespectful and starts laughing in which I did not like at all, as that was disrespectful what he did and said. He then says to delete the review. I do not tolerate such behaviours at all. I am a man of very high values and I am a highly valuable man and I do not tolerate any sort of disrespect whatsoever. What he did was disrespectful and dishonest and emotionally abusive and such behaviours I do not tolerate at all. I will never delete my reviews. I will always speak my truth. What that waiter said was disrespectful and dishonest and emotionally abusive and such behaviours I do not tolerate at all. The naan breads were cold also and I did not like that at all. I called in for a collection order, one of their waitresses answered the phone. As I was stating about my previous experience at the restaurant, as the meat was really bad and was not edible, and it smelt also. The owner of the restraunt started to become rude and disrespectful and started to say “bring the meat back” I asked for a discount next time I arrive, in which I wanted to enquire about. The waitress (who is a female) interrupted me and said “can you call back on a normal number” my number is normal, and she insisted to place the order before I wanted to ask about what had happened last time at the restaurant with the order. She interrupted me and she was dismissive, rude and disrespectful and such behaviours I do not tolerate at all. I am a man of very high values and I am a highly valuable man and I do not tolerate any sort of disrespect whatsoever.

   I’ve been a regular at this restaurant for quite some time, and it never disappoints. The management is exceptional, and the staff are always friendly, patient, and professional. The food is consistently high-quality, fresh, and delicious. Every time I visit, I’m impressed by the excellent service and the great value for money. What started as a monthly visit has now turned into a frequent treat—often dining here every few days. I truly enjoy the wonderful food, the great management, and the top-notch service every single time.

   Came yesterday the food was very nice but there was one English girl working there, and she made me feel very unwelcome in the restaurant. Her customer service was not very good. Other than that I had a fantastic time and hopefully I will be back.

   Great tasting food, big portions and excellent value for money. I got the Rotana special thinking its for 2 ppl but can easily be enough for three. My favourite was the grilled lamb. Chicken wss really food. Salads, soup as starters are complimentary. Will definitely visit again

   Ordered here a few times and normally 10/10, tonight was poor! I had a call to inform they had ran out of chicken wings as they have been busy which I understand and accepted the offer of a substitute. However when the food comes luke warm, no chips pitiful salad and nothing to replace the wings I feel a bit ripped off. Hope it’s a one off but the fact they called twice and still substandard overall poor show, poor show indeed.

   Good food and friendly staff, I recommended you to visit them for the lamb quozy, that's absolutely delicious. Also they do dolma from time to time, ask for it. They are very welcoming and you get a free soup all the time when you visit them. The place looks like need a refurbishment, maybe they can consider that in the future. If you like nan bread you can also purchase it from here, they master it quite well. Overall I recommend them, go for it.

   Okay food and very good value, unfortunately my kebabs were charcoaled and gritty, the waitress who took my order forgot to order my chips. Place wasn't busy at all for a Saturday evening.
