   Love the vibe! Staff were friendly! But the food - here it wasn't the best. I was with friends and too hungry to bother complaining - but the chicken I got was lukewarm at best, near enough cold. It wasn't freshly done to order. For a guess it was cooked a bit before and left under the lights for a while...hopefully in the safe range of time and not for too long.

   Don’t get me wrong the food when you eat in is the best but taking it away I don’t know what happens, I had less then 10 chips in my chip box and all my chicken was burnt ive never had a more worse Nando’s trip

   Visited here on a busy Saturday evening, I didn’t have to wait long for a table and the service was brilliant. Food came out quickly and was piping hot. Catered brilliantly for allergies and felt happy that everything was separated and overseen by a manager. Love the new honey dip that comes with the halloumi starter, a new favourite of mine. Shout out to Connor and Koby, top service and couldn’t be more helpful

   It was very busy that day, and we had to wait for a table, our food took ages to arrive and was very dry. A couple sitting next to us was arguing which did make us feel uncomfortable. Would I go again probably not? But it may have been a different experience if it was not so busy. The floor staff were very courteous, but most definitely didn't get paid enough they were run off there feet.

   Nando’s is also a go to as you know the food is always going to be a reliably good meal and is really nice and tasty. We was served on the till by a young woman called Amy. She was by far the best server we have ever had here before. She was lovely and bubbly. We went quite late but the food was just as good and staff were working as hard as they are when it is rush hour in there. Lovely food. Lovely service. Thank you Amy! You are a credit to your team.

   I had exceptional service from Nando’s in Giltbrook this evening thanks to Max, Amelia and Owen who looked after me throughout my time in the restaurant. The food I ordered came to my table faultlessly. Max welcomed me into the restaurant delightfully and took my order rapidly making everything easy for me, it was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing. Owen checked up on me and asked how I was finding the food, while clearing my table after finishing my meal. Amelia answered any questions I had and sorted my dessert which I had requested very promptly, but still somehow managed to bring it to my table within 90 seconds. Overall, this was the best and most personal experience I’ve had at Nando’s. Well deserved 5 stars❤️
