Please do not order from this place the food was not fresh . I wasted money wouldn’t recommend. I’m 8 months pregnant I was looking forward to comfort food but it all had to go in the bin don’t want to risk getting ill.
Apart from being 30min late I can't fault it, moved to Eastwood 8 months ago & 1st takeaway since moving here, food was delicious just a little cold but expected it with them running late, pork fell apart, followed my requests (not many takeaways going by previous experience do!) Recommend them 100%
Lived in Ilkeston for over 20 years, never managed to have a nice Chinese takeaway. We normally go to Oriental Chef in Sandiacre (but have to collect). Tonight we tried Sue's Kitchen, easy to order on the phone, quick delivery, food was nice & hot and it tasted great too.
We ordered from there last night. The food was terrible, tasted old…. Also the strange thing was that it took 10 minutes from ordering to delivery....we had ordered before and it was very tasty! I don't know what has changed now but we will never order from there again!
Food was pretty tasty. Delivery driver was very friendly, gave my dog a good fuss and fetched him a treat out of his car. + came a tad earlier than expected.
We ordered 3 main meals from Sues kitchen, this is the 2nd time ordering from them, the 1st time the chips was overcooked as if refried! This time the chips was even worse and the sweet and sour chicken balls was so crispy and over fried that we couldnt bite into them, the batter was frazzled to 1mm thick and full of oil. The chicken in the chicken curry was rubbery too, VERY DISSAPOINTING but even worse im still waiting for them to address the email of complaint 5 days later. So rubbish customer service after sales... AVOID! (They never did reply)
Food luke warm and Beef in the chow mein was like leather even the dog walked away from it.and not even sure what was in the chicken fried rice but certainly wasn't any chicken ive eaten. 2 mouthfuls of this and i took a covid test as it tasted of nothing
We chose Sue's Kitchen after a couple of recommendations. Great food, quick to deliver. Wouldn't normally have a delivery but due to covid it seems like the only option. We ordered a variety of things and was impressed with everything we ate. The spicy dishes were actually spicy rather than some places that are hardly spicy. Although we'd always wish for it to be spicier. We will be back for sure!
