I had an early start so the Europa made sense as it opens early. Good strong coffee to begin with and there's plenty of refills. The buffet was fine and I noticed something I admit never seen before , , a bottle of Bushmills whiskey at the cereal starters, the notice reads "try some Irish whiskey with your porridge" I've been missing out.

Unfortunately the pre theatre menu food is well below average. The sausages were bland and tasteless, and the sticky toffee pudding was served cold. Well below the standard of the lovely eateries/restaurants that Belfast has to offer. Really disappointed as we very much enjoy having a few glasses of red wine in the Piano Bar in the Europa Hotel

Reception staff are nice if you get in past the discriminating door security staff which turn people away based on appearance even when entitled to be inside the hotel and the managers have have to often appologise to adults frequently. Food not served late at night or very early either. In reply to the Europa staff reply i must say i never was given the option of staying in the Europa Hotel in Belfast city. I was on multiple times assaulted at the entrance area by the security team even after i had eat in the hotel and had management and reception staff apologise on behalf of the hotel and was given food they told me to make amends for how badly the security staff were to myself and i had to have ambulance staff members assist me with my injuries and advised me on the number of awaiting patients in my choice of hospital that i could attend.

This restaurant based in the Europa is absolutely brilliant. I cannot think of a single fault. The staff really made the visit an exceptional experience. They are the restaurants best resource. Just visit it.

Pre theatre dinner. Staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful. We had two courses with glass of wine. Chicken wings for starters were delicious. My daughter's fish for mains looked and tasted delicious. I got the Katsui curry which was nice but only thing that I found a bit disappointing was the pickled slaw it came with, the smell of the pickle was stronger than the curry and I found that a bit off putting but otherwise the meal, as always, was lovely.

Stayed overnight in Europa with breakfast included. Breakfast was amazing with great choices. Greeted by a very welcoming gentleman who made sure we were topped up with coffee. Cant wait for our next visit soon.

Over priced average food. The food looked good and the waiter was great., but the food lacked taste! It wasn't unpleasant enough to complain, but it was bland. The portions of veg were a bit mean too, it definitely wasn't worth the money they were charging.

Went for my daughters birthday and the staff went above and beyond! Extra sides sent out, a wee birthday slate too! Food was gorgeous, chips were crunchy and the garlic bread was divine! Can't fault staff either.

Absolutely awful. To start with...no atmosphere...was like sitting in a funeral parlour. The music depressing...the staff were like robots. The lady in charge had her head in her hands heaving and sighing as if she was totally fed up. Food was slow to come out and frankly not worth the wait. Burger..dry and tasteless...chips hard. Fish and chips...like a child's portion. The causerie was like being in a school canteen. Overall ...a less than average dining experience in what's meant to be top hotel.

Food was nice enough although the Tikka Masala was bland. Service was decent if a little slow. Be prepared for a shock if you go for a glass of wine in the Piano Bar.... Β£11.90. The same glass costs Β£7.20 in the bar downstairs! Unbelievable rip off. I guess that they get enough American tourists willing to pay that sort of money. A pity as it's a nice bar but we won't be back with those prices.
