   Rude and unhelpful staff. Unwilling to help exchange a couple of items of clothing that were bought for my partners Christmas present and were the wrong size. We will never shop here again.

   I recently visited the River Island store in Walsall. I was very disappointed by how I was treated — the staff member (and likely the manager) was dismissive, ignored me while I waited for help, and showed no courtesy — no greeting, no “thank you,” nothing. It felt like I was invisible. When I asked for help, the reply was curt and unhelpful, and I left the store without buying anything because the attitude made me feel unwelcome. This kind of behaviour reflects very poorly on store management. A manager should ensure that staff treat customers with respect and basic politeness; clearly that is not happening here. I don’t plan to return, and I can’t recommend this store based on my experience.

   The River Island store in Walsall was a very bad experience, they behaved very aggressively, especially a blonde lady. It would be better if they replaced her, my friends also had problems with this store and this girl.

   Becky on men’s wear was amazing, I could see how busy she was and she still took the time to help me get kitted out for holiday. I don’t normally leave reviews but the service I received from her was exceptional, I hate shopping I hate buying cloths but will certainly to back for her help again as it was made a really good experience

   Had the most ill mannered RACIST staff member serve us this afternoon. We went to collect a click and collect order. Waiting at the till and woman came and bluntly said what's your order number. Marched off to pick it up. Came back and put her hand out to hand it over. Didn't have the decency to say hello or thank you. Hope she gets replaced by soemone well mannered

   Staff are rude.I went into the Walsall shop and the staff were too busy standing in a group chatting (not about the shop) they ignored that i was stood next to them waiting to ask a question until i had to just interupt and they didnt even try to help with my question. I then went to the till with my item were i stood for another 5 mins waiting for them to finish chatting before one of them bothered to come over.Ended up just leaving and buying online

   Not been in for a long while, got some good stuff on sale rails for children , I had a lovely smelling candle, was £14 down to £10 then sticker says £7, paid £4 at the till, I do love a bargain!!!! Lady on till was pleasant,

   Today at the Walsall - River Island my sister and I were served by a lovely young lady MIA. She was very polite and professional and made my shopping experience there wonderful. Mia helped us find the items we wanted and her knowledge on your products was really useful. I am a regular shopper at RI and from now on I will shop at the Walsall branch.
