Talk about a friendly local you've got it here at the King's Arms. Food is well priced and filling. The landlord's a gem. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The most unwelcoming and unfriendly pub I’ve ever been in! Both the landlord and landlady are extremely rude and their customer service skills are terrible. They are in the wrong profession and should not be working with the public. They have lost so many customers though this behaviour. I witnessed the landlord screaming and swearing at a young man who was sat quietly minding his own business, completely unprovoked. Awful to see and absolutely disgusting and unacceptable behaviour! Not child friendly, not dog friendly, in fact not friendly at all! Avoid

You have got to be the worst pub I’ve ever been to. You’re rude, obnoxious and make customers feel like an inconvenience like we’re getting in your way. Sell the pub and let someone take it on who appreciates the local community.
Very welcoming and friendly landlord, I had cod n chips and mate had gammon and both were excellent. Large pub with plenty of seating at lunchtime.
