If you are wondering were to eat in Plymouth, go here!! The food was absolutely amazing I could not fault anything! We had popadoms with sauces to start, chicken momo's and lamb sekuwa then for mains we had parathas and naan's with a lamb saag and lamb Kathmandu. Amazing atmosphere and attentive, friendly staff! Will definitely go again❤️

First time to eat here. I was looking forward to MoMo's as I had them on a trip to Himalaya. These were quite different but just as tasty. I had a fish masala which was tasty and large pieces of fish. Staff were friendly and helpful. Saturday evening can be busy and dining area is small and noisy when crowded.

We enjoyed a selection of starters from the menu. Each had a distinct taste. The dishes were cooked to perfection with a delightful choice of spices. The service was friendly and prompt but not intrusive. We will definitely visit again. This was our third visit and each time e gave left fully satisfied with the experience.

What a place! Incredible food, nice staff and a great atmosphere. There was a group of 10 of us. We were really well looked after (as were other customers around is it appeared), the food came out together and was all freshly cooked. Good beer, good food, good atmosphere. What else could you want!

Both the food and the service were really fantastic. We were trying to find somewhere to eat and we were far too late for most places (after 10pm on a week day), but the people at Himalayan Spice were so welcoming and we didn’t feel rushed at all. All the food was really good, but the nann bread was up there with the best we’ve ever had and the king prawn purée was superb. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful cozy restaurant, they serve authentic Indian and Nepalese food, homecooked style and fresh delicious ingredients. The staff is absolutely lovely. It also happened to be my birthday, which they celebrated, such a sweet surprise! One of the best restaurants in Plymouth.

We walked in without booking when the doors opened at 6pm and were offered a table till 7.30. Very quickly the restaurant filled up so we thought we were in for a treat. How wrong we were. Disappointingly the food was below mediocre. The onion Bhaji set the tone. Two big Bhaji that tasted like packet made, none of us finished them. The main meals were terrible. Served Luke warm and no way made to order, really disappointed.

Excellent atmosphere and attentive staff. Very different type of curries etc as its Nepali based, so it was good to try this for a change. Lovely Nepali beer which we hadn't tasted before. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and will visit again.
