Had a nice pre Christmas lunch here. Restaurant was fairly busy and nicely decorated. Waiting staff were pleasant and efficient and the food was very good and reasonably priced. A Christmas set lunch is available but we chose from the regular menu. A nice unhurried lunch.
UPDATE. BISTOT PIERRE PLYMOUTH ARE NOW LEAVING MY BUSINESS 1* reviews in retaliation to this review! This really shows how bad their customer service really is. I will be contacting your head office. Disgusting. I have been taking my staff to Bistrot Pierre every year for our Christmas party and have done for years! I like the atmosphere, the surroundings and the quality of food. Never had a problem. However this year was very different. 4 of us had the Turkey. It was absolutely vile, undercooked, soggy, beige vegetables. The pigs in blankets were grey and raw. My staff were questioning whether it was “safe to eat”. Pushing their food around on the plate and leaving most of it. It looked and tasted like a microwave meal. I was extremely embarrassed as I was paying for this as a treat for them and it actually made me look bad! £355 our bill came to and I left embarrassed that I had let my team down. Half of them were new and had never been before so this was a very bad first impression for them. I didn’t say anything at the time as I did not want to embarrass either the waitress who was serving us (who I want to make very clear was lovely and we had no problem with) or my staff by making a scene. I emailed the Bistrot manager the following morning expressing this. No response and 2 days later sent a follow up email. Then to get a response basically insinuating that I was lying! That I said nothing at the time. I had already explained why I didn’t feel comfortable at the time to say anything but that was ignored. That everything was eaten. Which is certainly wasn’t! Zero apology and that they were going to have to check the cctv (because again I’m a liar apparently) This is absolutely disgusting customer service. Especially to a loyal customer who has been bringing their staff to you for years! Do better Bistrot Pierre!
Had a lovely evening meal here at Bistrot Pierre. Our server Sophie was very friendly and helpful making sure we got the best dishes that suited our interests. The food was delicious and well-cooked, all in all a great place for a nice dinner out!
Had an amazing dine experience with friends this evening. Fantastic place, great food, perfect atmosphere and the customer service can’t say anything negative highly satisfactory! All our needs and demands has been met beyond expectation. Staff on the floor come time to time to check at our table if we want anything more or we need assistance. We weren’t ready to order but he (Staff Sam) came back attentively and assisted us timely, we didn’t have to wait longer. Have tried their steak, so good - you must not miss at all! They also have an appealing luscious dessert menu to choose from. Additionally to highlight the drinks menu especially alcoholic beverages they offer a lot of options and they also offer hot drinks. A recommended place - will surely come back to this place. They have offers for future upcoming events. Lastly, the toilets are very clean and they have a huge mirror! If you keep coming back to the restaurant I suggest download their app to save points and can be use to spend later.

We stayed at Rooms by Bistro Pierre and had breakfast here for three days. Cappuccino with Full English, Eggs Benedict, and Omelettes. All were good to very good. Oue last night we elected to have dinner here. The service was very good. The food except for the dessert was disappointing. The French Onion Soup was on the sad side with a micro encroute. My husband's Duck Breast was over-cooked, not a bit of pink to be seen. My Steak Frites were fine. The Chocolate Pot dessert was fantastic, really outstanding! We paired it with lovely Espresso Martinis. I would definitely recommend going for coffee, breakfast and dessert. Dinner, not so much.
Delicious food, great service, friendly staff. Been to this restaurant multiple times already and enjoyed myself every time. Some good meat-free options and customisations available. The interior itself is nice, cofy atmosphere.
An ideal spot for lunching. The menu is varied with at least two dishes for every dietary need. The food itself was tasty, cooked well and great value for money. There wasn't much waiting time between orders, and the waiters themselves were efficient. Couldn't ask for more.
