   As others have noted, the service for in-store customers is really bad these days. On Friday evening I waited for 30 minutes to place my order as there are far too many delivery orders being fulfilled by the same staff who are serving customers in the queue. Once I ordered and my burrito was made up, I had to wait another ten minutes to pay as there were FOUR (!) delivery orders between me and the person in front of me. They need to have a separate team in the kitchen making up delivery orders so the counter staff can serve queuing customers. The food remains good, even if prices have gone up, but given I won’t come back while the service remains like this. PS Orla! No need to leave one of your standardised responses. Just fix the problem.

   The male memeber of staff on last night 2/11/25 at around 9pm, was extremely rude. It’s not the first time I’ve ordered and had to deal with the sheer cheek from this particular person. He seriously needs retrained in customer service. Made ordering extremely awkward. Clearly doesn’t enjoy the job.

   Nowhere near enough staff working for a Saturday evening. 2 staff were making food but had a mountain of delivery orders to fulfill so customers queuing up weren't getting served. After my burrito was made I had to wait 10 minutes to pay as the guy on the till was attending to the 4 delivery drivers waiting. Food was obviously cold when I eventually got it.

   Have left a positive review in the past, having 5+ boojums t shirts I would call myself a regular. However, lately the standards have dropped in terms of portion sizes. Paying a more expensive price and receiving half a burrito bowl is just not great. Would love to see the old boojum back.

   Nice, place authentic mexican food with plenty of spice. Affordable for a quick lunch, good quantity and quality of items. Very fast service.

   Standards have dropped through the floor compared to the early days and also doubled in price. Could make better a better burrito at home. Also the staff are useless and borderline rude. Sad really.

   Very tasty and good quick take out. Portion per person is around 8 pound plus drinks. We usually get Boojum when we in Belfast and have no time to sit it in restaurant.

   One of the best burritos you'll get. They can be a bit stingy with the meat filling. I've also found the pork has lost its flavour over time. Expect to queue when you go - not because they are short staffed but because it's so popular.
