This was my first time visiting Piccolino. We all had Sunday roasts and they were delicious. Service from Giuliano was so attentive and friendly. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Would definitely return.
Came here part of the restaurant tour and will be returning! Brilliant taster which had left me wanting to come back for more! Also brilliant service, Oosmin our waiter at Piccolino’s was fantastic — funny, helpful, and genuinely made the experience better. A real asset to the team :)
BABY ANGELICA Mama mia!!! What a place. We walked in to a wonderful atmosphere. Immediately we were greeted by David who treated us as a member of his family. This was a christmas meal with our 4 month old baby Angelica. Everyone went way above the level of our expectation. My pizza arrived just as baby Angelica needed winding, immediately my food was removed and kept warm. However as with all babies she took her time, so head chef dean came out and said let me know when you are ready and i will make a fresh one for you. We were fussed and looked over like we were old friends and family….. to all the staff I thank you for making a special evening one which will be remembered forever. To anyone reading this i hope it makes you visit a special place with excellent staff and food. BUON NATALE !
We popped in today to have a celebratory birthday lunch. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our waiter Sebastian was very engaging, polite and professional. We enjoyed sincere conversation with him and he kindly gave us a limoncello with birthday wishes. Thank you Sebastian for adding sparkle to our lunch which was so tasty and good value!
We visited prior to a matinee performance at Theatre Royal. The decor was beautiful, the staff all very attentive. Sebastian was our waiter and was fab, full of smiles and very helpful. The food was extremely good, we had the 2 course for £25 and 2 from the group had a main off of the main menu, all of it delicious and made to a high standard. Followed by a desert. On leaving the heavens opened and one of the staff (we didn’t get his name) found us an umbrella to borrow, so kind and helpful. Overall a really good experience and would absolutely recommend and will definitely return.
Went here for dinner, food tasted amazing. I feel the ambience is really beautiful and cozy. Food is a bit on the expensive side and staff is friendly and welcoming. Had zucchini fritti as a starter. Ordered piccante pizza and a main of mushroom, gnocchi and chicken. However I received something else with spaghetti as main and when I asked that this is not what I ordered, they denied to change it (i have never seen ANY restaurant doing this)... So really disappointed ☹️. I liked the other dish but probably will think about visiting again.
Wow, Calamari Fritti is amazing!Great atmosphere, waitress was but friendly and made us both laugh! Prices very fair, fast service. I recommend highly, going back soon
Over the top customer service and amazing food especially the steak and the desserts. Wide selection of Italian wines. Steak is served with added vegetables including potatos on a separate plate.
The food was tasty, service was great, staff were very polite..though it was a little overpriced for the small portion sizez!!...and i don't think there should be an "optionalial service charge" added to your bill without your knowledge.. Not impressed with this then you pay Vat on top of the lot.. Other than that quite a nice place.
We got amazing service. Staff are great. Food was delicious, the drinks were good overall we had an amazing time. Restaurant really beautiful and when hot you can sit outside. Platter starter is a must. Everything great (a little more on the pricey side) but worth it
