   Always happy to return to Clarks each year for my children's school shoes & as ever I'm far from disappointed. Beautiful shoes for both my girls and such a good price for the quality we got. The measured their feet within minutes and didn't have the shoe in stock for Mt eldest, so they ordered them in to my home address for the next few days. So pleased

   I paid a visit to the store with my wife few weeks ago and was warmly welcomed by a gentleman called Seb. We stopped by just to browse but he was so helpful that I ended up making a purchase for both myself and my wife. Nothing was to hard for him , after approaching us and engaging me in a chat he offered me a seat and offered to measure my foot to confirm my size as I told him I was in between sizes. He then went away to get some shoes for me just to try on. Other members of staff also got taking to us whiles we waited. Great store and lovely staff. Thank you Seb.

   Clark's shoes Walsall is a good shop. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Now clarks shoes speak for themself, they are stylish durable and excellent quality. I think that Clark's have been producing excellent quality shoes for so long ,since I was a child and that was five decades ago .They have the right to be known as a household name.

   I took my little sister to Clark’s last week and I’ve got to say Habeebah was extremely helpful. Gave excellent advised and was so helpful as soon as we stepped foot into the store. My sister has been wearing these shoes ever since and she’s finding it so comfortable. Couldn’t get them off her!! Habeebah was amazing in assisting us in finding something comfortable, appropriate and appealing to my four year old sister. Keep up the great work!!!

   I bought school shoes for my son recently. I wanted to find something super light for the warm period. Chloe, the shop assistant was very welcoming, she promptly held us and showed the existing model. The child foot was measured and shoes fit perfectly. Also, we were informed about available promotions and advised the shoe-care. Thank you very much for your service. I will gladly visit your shop again. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised that there is an option to book a store appointment in advance which can be very handy in busy periods like at the end of summer school holidays.

   We visited Clark's Thursday afternoon to pick my little one her first pair of shoes. We were promptly welcomed by staff and Habeebah helped us find the perfect shoes. She went above and beyond to help, bringing several shoes and even checking stock online. She was very informative, offering tips and advice with regards to shoes and styles suitable. Would recommended this store as all staff were very friendly.

   Visited with my young child. Excellent and swift service. Provided great options based on our preferences. Suggested optional shoe care extras without making it a pressure sale. Very happy. I just wish young children's shoes weren't so expensive, otherwise it'd be 5 stars.

   Good variety. Lovely helpful staff. My dad had 2 pairs of good quality shoes. Unfortunately the shoes I wanted. They hadn't got my size. The assistant said she could order them for me and have them sent to my home. If i wasn't completely satisfied I could take them back to my nearest store. Very happy.
