The restaurant itself is very nice and in a great city-centre location. The environment is lovely and definitely adds to the overall experience. The food was okay the taste was fine but nothing standout. It is on the expensive side for what is essentially fast food, though the pleasant setting does justify some of the cost. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and the toilets were very clean, which is always appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would return if I was in the city again youβre really paying for the ambiance. One small negative was that my teapot was quite stained, something that could easily be resolved with a deep clean.

We stopped in here for lunch on a day trip to Belfast. The menu is very clear about what is gluten free, what can be made gluten free, and what is not celiac safe (shared space). They donβt have a lot of vegetarian/vegan options, but they do have some, and they have vegan cheese upon request. Itβs an easy walk from city center, and well worth the stop. We loved the cajun chicken rice bowl (a little sweet and spicy) and classic chicken sandwich. The portions were very generous.

- it took 30mins for the food to arriveβ¦the quality was good but nachos were plain (no real taste, though some add ons were present). garlic fires did not taste like garlic. - poor waitress was serving/cleaning all the tables alone, the rest of the team did not seem very active. I had to grab the utensils myself. staff was polite. - moderately expensive, could have been a bit cheaper. ended up paying 42Β£ for whats on the photo. p.s to the restaurant: in the burger offer βadd fries+shake for 6.5Β£β, please specify in your menu βstandard shakeβ because oreo milkshake doesnβt qualify for the offer.

Food was delicious. I got the pulled pork rice bowl. My sister is gluten free and they have lots of options for her to eat too. Would definitely recommend!

Yummy, yummy, yummy. Really cool dining spot, I love the urban feel of the interior and the menu is very diverse itself. The food was absolutely worth it too. Can get a bit more than a bit busy, but what do you expect from a restaurant smack bang in the middle of the city centre? Overall, a-ma-zing.

Positive first: Great service, very friendly! Negative: Terrible food. Fries way to salty and the sticky pig was small and did not taste good. So quit expensive. Even the milkshake was not nice :(

I had the blue cheese and Frank's hot sauce chicken burger. I liked the taste of the sauces and the chicken itself was huge. The coating on the chicken unfortunately didn't hold onto it very well so ended up a quite messy affair. We also shared some fries which had parmesan, garlic and bacon. These were quite tasty but also dry, could do with a sauce or dip to accompany. My husband said his burger was good, but could do with a sauce, the burger itself was quite compressed also. We ordered using the qr code at our table, the staff were pleasant enough, not that we spoke to them outwith getting seated and receiving our food. If your looking a quick, tasty, no nonsense lunch this is the place. I also saw a table beside us get cocktails (one and espresso martini, my fav!) which looked phenomenal, I was the designated driver for the day so it was not to be. I would try the salads next time which looked great. Also a great outside seating area with lots of picnic tables!

One of the best burgers I've EVER had. Was guided to our seats with polite staff. Given ample time to browse the menu. When we gave our order, it arrived in around 5 or 6 mins and that was during busy lunchtime. Food was immense. We had the Brisket burger and the Carnivore burger, with Cajun fries and garlic fries too. Beverages were a pint of Guinness and a coke. A range of cocktails were available too, but we didn't have time to sample them. Honestly the burger was so good. Just the right amount of bun for the filling and what a filling it was! Bacon, Pulled pork, BBQ sauce, onion ring and the fries came with coleslaw too. If you want to try somewhere for a cracking lunch, Belfast City Picnic is the place to go. Prices - Our meal and drinks cost around Β£30, on the menu. Attentive staff too, without being in your space, allowed us to enjoy your meal and made sure to clear up when we were finished. I'll be taking another visit to City Picnic very soon. Food 5/5 Service 5/5 Cost 4.5/5 Staff 5/5 Just try it for yourself and see for yourself! Superb!

We ordered hot chocolate, they brought us milk with hints of chocolate. But the manager reacted quickly. The pizza was rich in products, but lacking in taste. The potatoes were amazing. The service was good.
