   Absolutely shocked by the attitude. WILL. NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!!...purchased a pair of trainers and some shoe socks... the shoe socks were not fit for purpose, took them back and they refused a refund. Basically on the premise that no one else had complained and this was the manager. Unbelievable attitude. So cross!!.. I will be taking this to headquarters.... £3.99 for me is enough money to pay without having to throw it away.... disgusting.

   I had to buy some foot wear because as I needed some shoes which I brought, there was a slight bit of issues here they were not well stocked for my size of shoes so I had to buy the much higher price shoe, also there seemed to have a other brand shoes being sold here which I didn't know although I got what I needed.

   If you're after cheap and cheerful over durability, this is the place for your pocket. Decent enough shoe/boot/trainer etc choice, plus other accessories such as inner soles, protective sprays, bags, etc. Lovely staff.

   5th Feb 2022 Disgraceful attitude from the store “manager” who laughed at me when I went to exchange my kids school shoes that were falling apart after 6 weeks of wear. Won’t be buying any more school shoes from this brand in the future, and the store manager desperately needs training.
