    Returned some shoe's on 31st January 203,cost of £85,unable to get my refund, keep being fobbed off,they gave me a phone number, but unable to get through to the department l.need ,also emailed them with no reply, & now the shop phone number not valid,l have never brought from this shop & l will never again, think twice before you buy anything.

    I visited here today after enquiring about some custom insoles online and was contacted by Amanda who called me to advise on the best products for me. She advised I needed to custom insoles that are made there whilst you wait. It is a walk in service and takes around 10 to 15 minutes. I went to the store and was looked after by Liam who was absolutely brilliant. He talked me through the process and explained how it all worked and then went on to explain the results of the scans on my feet and how the insoles are made. I highly recommend this service, the insoles are ready within minutes and cost a fraction of what insoles cost that are made from scratch. Very happy customer.

    Not sure on the ladies name who assisted me but she was brilliant. Not pushy at all when it comes to selling products. Completed the foot scan with me, suggested what I needed but again felt no pressure to buy on the spot, assured me I could go back with my results and buy the products another day. Great customer service

    Having had two satisfactory chiropody appointments I booked a third to continue my course of foot care. However, shortly before the appointment, which was made for a Saturday, I was informed that the person I was due to see was away due to illness and the appointment was cancelled and another rescheduled for another Saturday. I didn’t have an issue with that as these events are unforeseen and happen at times. Come the day of the rescheduled date, once again I was given short notice that the appointment would have to be cancelled for a second time, again due to illness. Thinking it may be easier and more assured I booked a third appointment but this time avoided a weekend booking and made it for a Thursday. This meant that I had to book a half day from my own work as annual leave but thought it was worth it. On the day I hopped into a taxi but was running behind slightly so called them to let them know I would probably be 5 minutes or so late. It was at this stage that I was again told the appointment would need to be cancelled for a third time because of illness, while they did apologise there was no offer to reschedule on this occasion and no call to my mobile to let me know. They had left a message on my home land line after I had left for the appointment, so of little use to me. So I was left out of pocket for the taxi and lost half day leave for nothing due to what can only be best described as a shambles of any customer care principles. They obviously have major personnel issues at this branch and with no Plan B or contingency for when things like this do happen, other than to treat the paying Customer with disdain and contempt. If you want my advice stay well away from this for any foot care needs you may have, I certainly will and also make sure if anyone asks my opinion in the future then I will make my thoughts well known.
