Would not recommend ice skating here, the ice rink seems big but with the amount of people they let on you don’t have any space. People who can’t skate are offered red buggies which is nice however there was more people with them than without and they were skating everywhere and in every direction. We were more focused on other people falling than on our own skating which makes the experience stressful. Additionally, the workers weren’t helping or enforcing any skating etiquette but rather cutting in-front of people and doing tricks in-front of people which just adds to the chaos and causes more falls.

Unfortunately this was not a good experience. The bar area is beautiful and very festive, but the ice rink was very overcrowded for the size of the rink. I understand not everyone can skate, especially children but no ‘skating etiquette’ was enforced by staff. The staff members hardly interacted with people who fell. The most frustrating part was when staff members would cut infront and do tricks while surrounded by inexperienced skaters and small children. The amount of red buggy help stands was ridiculous and made the rink extremely dangerous. Would not recommend

Too many people.. they try to make as much money as possible putting people's safety at risk. It is a great day out but please reduce the amount of people on the ice at any one time. We saw one person taken away on a stretcher and blood on the ice. My kids were scared. Oh and 26 pounds for 4 drinks.. rip off.

The skaing was fun and enjoyed the day with daughter. The size of the rink was small and the amount of people I felt was a little crowded. Plenty of staff but not switched on and the floor was soaking wet so I needed to buy socks before even getting on the ice.

Outside and weather dependant but we had great conditions. It was popular and a real treat for my family. Glad we got the family ticket for £50 and then 1 more child plus booking fee. Some just paid on the day and queued. An hour is enough. There were enough skates for everyone. Good times and good vibes. Merry Christmas!

Very enjoyable experience. Improved skate hire (and lace up boots were great!) compared to previous years. I visited with my 6yr old daughter one week and then with a larger family group a few weeks later. Both visits were pleasant and the booking and skate hire/return transitions were quick and efficient. The toilets were easy to access, although not with skates on! We enjoyed a hot chocolate and overpriced churros (x4 small churros for £6) after. The atmosphere was lovely, especially in the cabin area where we could watch pizzas being made. My only criticism would be the queue to return the skates once the timed slot has finished. There are no benches to sit on in the queue, or access to the toilet. Some of the younger members of family struggled with the ~20 min wait. The floor was also very wet so we all got cold wet feet after skating. We look forward to returning next year.

It's a small skating ring, but perhaps the only place which give those Xmas vibes...was my first time on the ice, but I did well...but have to be honest I was scared of screaming kids on plastic chairs who either were pushing them themselves or their parents were skating kids on those chairs around ...Fun place. There is a bar with food and drinks. One hour on the ice was enough.

Great place for ice-skating. And they provide little discount for students. It’s crowded on Friday night though

I just want to compliment what a wonderful staff they have. My son went for ice skating last weekend with his friends and they had a wonderful time. After finishing their time slot and went to change their shoes, some kids started making troubles and one of the kids decided to steal my son’s Jordan Shoes. This caused a lot of investigation oh how they manage to get it. Looking on their CCTV footage, the shoes was deliberately taken and NOT a staff mistake. One of the staff dealing this incident was MAX, he was very professional, helpful, friendly and really the one who went beyond & above to sort the problem. Eventually, Max managed to locate the kid and his family who took the shoes and was advised to bring it back to the right owner. Again, well done to Max for his time and effort to solve this issue. Thank you so much to all the staff.

A lovely ice-rink which seems to allow just the right amount of people on so it's not too crowded (or we were there at a quiet time) There are penguins and chairs available for children and adults who are a bit less stable. Spectators and apre-skaters can enjoy the alpine style bar. It's a bit pricey but I guess that's to be expected - not too busy when we were there.
