   Visited the Taco Bell on Engel Row recently and had a really good experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and despite it being fairly busy, my order came out quickly and correctly. The food was just what you’d expect from Taco Bell—warm, flavourful, and great value for the price. The tacos were nicely filled, and the Crunchwrap was especially good

   Absolutely awful. Food was cold despite the place being completely dead, only 1 other customer in the whole place and we had a small order. The churros were freezing cold and stiff and the burrito felt like it had been made and left out all day (it was the evening when we ate). There's another Taco bell that is a 5-10 minute walk that is fantastic. Just go there instead honestly. Was surprised walking in at just how much of a ghost town it was at what's usually a busy time during peak hours, left understanding why.

   The food was decent but the real deal breaker was the audacity of the manager. Ordered around £40 worth of food through delivery to find half of the food missing. When we tried to get the rest of the food we were denied. Will never go back.

   Went in for an early lunch by myself, had a bit of a wait as food was cooked to order. All tables where empty and clean. The self order screens are good and quick to order, you can see all items and customise your order if you need to. Atmosphere was ok, I sat with my ear buds in and no one bothered me.

   Would not recommend, we ordered nearly £20 worth of food, was a total rip off. The wrap had a spoonfull of fillings and the cheese in the qaesadilla was off. Had food poisoning a few hours after consuming. Stay away from this place !!

   I ordered a 7 layer Burrito here. Had the following disappointments. 1. It was served not at all warm. I asked them if you prepared it now It shouldn't be like this at room temperature. Then they heated it and gave me again. Overall this means it was not prepared fresh. 2. It was not so tasty. No black pepper or even 1% any spice. No guacamole(this was mentioned in the ingredients but was nowhere). 3. My and every table were extremely dirty with either food pieces left by people, drops of ketchup,cheese etc and tissues. 4. The food quantity was not good. It was very light and less in portion. It was not so good experience. There are many food joints near to it. If all are closed then only you think about going there.

   We had the Crunchwrap craving meal - via Deliveroo. (Quick delivery) Very nice food too. Fries were warm and tasty. Could do with a bit more beef in the soft tacos. Love the Crunchwrap supremes. The cinnamon twists were very nice. We’ve eaten at Taco Bell in Las Vegas. Not too bad for England versions.

   Unfortunately I didn't get to experience taco bell, due to the arrogance of the manger. My order was incorrect and the manager accused me of eating half of the order. When asked for a full refund he insisted that I was wrong, and that they had provided me with the correct order. Considering I live 15 miles away from the nearest taco bell this was a major inconvenience. I'm sorry but I really wouldn't recommend this place. Maybe the one in Sheffield would be a better choice.

   Im actually a little bit upset to be honest with you. I was really really looking forward to my burrito as my partner and i were absolutely starving. Well ummm... disappointing is an understatement. Half of the ingredients were missing from my burrito that it actually looked like poop in a wrap. And as for the quessadilla my partner ordered!!! Is laughable. Now the price I guess wouldn't have been so bad had there been more contents to our meals. They should advertise there burritos as panini's to be quite Frank. We will not be eating from here again. Sorry taco bell it's a no from me.
