Ordered via deliveroo - guessing they ran out of fries but wanted to keep selling everything else so normal fries and fries Supreme missing from the sealed order. A flat refund on the item doesn't make up for receiving half a meal. Won't be ordering from you guys again regardless of how much I crave nasty Taco Bell.
Went in and it stunk, rubbish everywhere, kids and other people yelling nonsense. Placed an order on the screen and it never gave us a receipt. Waited for the order and took it to a table then to find out that one of my main burrito was missing. I went back to the counter asking for my burrito and they were so confused like I was the one who didn’t served the food to the customer. They didn’t even ask me what one it was they’ve made me something completely different, went to the table to grab a bite and it wasn’t wha I’ve ordered and I had to go back once again and ask for the stuff I’ve ordered. I don’t normally leave reviews but this is crazy.

It has long been a dream of mine to eat in a genuine Taco Bell after seeing them in the classic movie "Demolition Man". So you can imagine my excitement when I finally had the opportunity by being close by at around lunchtime. The bountiful options only heightened my excitement as I waited for them to cook my order. Having now realised my dream I can tell you that it was OK.
I love burritos and tacos and usually at this chain it's delicious. But this place was not good, to top it all off it was very, very dirty. I realize it's a lot of people, but still, it's worth cleaning up sometimes.
ordered a click and collect order. 50 minute drive for me to turn up and the branch be closed. But 5 minutes later it was updated on there app my food was ready?... Rang everyday since for the staff to be so rude and slag me off in the back ground. I asked to talk to a manger and they said there wasn't one...Still no refund to this day. Loved taco bells food for years but i wont be going to one ever again. Iv never dealt with so rude staff. They must be on terrible wage to talk to customers the way they do.
I came here late at night and every other place on this very busy street was closed. Three were only like 6 people working and they were INCREDIBLE. My food was ready in a normal amount of time and they were handling people in the shop as well as deliveroo and whatever else they have to deal with. Staff were friendly, incredibly professional and I tried to tell the manager how great her shift were but I think she was too busy to really acknowledge it properly. It's almost Christmas and I don't think taco bell could ask for a better group of people to get them through the festive period. 10/10 for every single person working tonight
Visited one Thursday lunch time. Service was quite quick and the food tasted pretty good. The portion sizes are quite small, something I didn't know, so I would've ordered double or more of. Also as previous reviews have mentioned they don't seem to clean the benches or floor very often
No clean tables, kitchen was messy. Food and rubbish left everywhere absolutely disgusting. No hand sanitizer anywhere
The beef mince in the tacos was very tasty, but it was quite a small portion. The receipt machine was broken, which led to confusion over whose order was being called out. Was asked if we were dining in or taking out. We said dining in, our order was shoved into a paper bag when we collected it, this caused several items to be broken and salad was all over everything including the churros. Other people dining in got a tray - which is a better method. Also, the fries from both of our meals were missing. The cinnamon twirl crisp things are also very strange and would not recommend them. Left feeling hungry and unsatisfied - which is a shame as the taco bell I have been to before has been nice.
