Ordered on uber eats, we get it a decent amount and it used to come perfect, correct items and generous amounts of meat. however the past few times we have ordered there’s been incorrect toppings missing items and dry cold burritos and stale chips. Tonight we ordered and we were missing an XL cheese sauce which is £3.50, And all the burritos were dry, cold and barely had any meat in them.

First time visiting a taco bell anywhere. The taste of the volcano burrito was quite nice, but the mince was sloppy like frozen mince, the fries where limp and soggy, the hard taco shells were also not crispy. It's probably personal taste, but I won't go to a taco bell again.
Staff were perfectly fine and we're working really hard to get everything out on time.

Terrible place to visit. This was my first time with Taco Bell and never ever again. The tables were dirty with old food on them, papers on the floor. Staff were generally nice for customers but one lady and a young man just ignored me. They pretended that I was not there.
THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE. COLD AND LOW QUALITY. It looked completely different than in the pictures. Only the fries were good. Taco was just a cheap wrap and salad with a small piece of chicken. Quesadilla was two cheap wraps from aldi with little cheese inside. Very bad in taste. Burrito was a joke. Just cheap soft wrap with some brown substance inside. Did not taste like a burrito or even beef.
The worst food I ever ate in the UK !.

First time visiting here. It was pretty quiet so plenty of choice of where to sit. Everywhere was clean and comfortable. The self-order kiosk wasn’t as intuitive as it should be and so I had to do part of my order at the tills. The staff were great though and helped fix a mistake that had been made through the self-order kiosk. Special thanks to Cat for her great service! The food was great and I love that their main drink is Pepsi Max. The toilets were very clean and the whole place was kept to a high standard. We will be back!

First time in a Taco Bell. We ate in. Menu choice wasn't vast but plenty of choice and options including veggie, You could also tweak your individual order to suit, like No tomatoes or cheese etc. The Staff were friendly and helpful. The inside is surprisingly small, maybe 30 seats, but there is a drive through and you can have it delivered through the usual apps, just eat etc. We didn't use the toilet so can't comment. In the twenty minutes we were there nobody was out cleaning the tables or drinks area so limiting our seating, and parts of the electronic menu board kept moving so reading it first time was a challenge, But I suppose you get used to it eventually. The food was WOW. Really tasty and really juicy, plenty of napkins needed, It could get messy. Fries have a not too spicy coating and are the best we've had, all our food was delicious. Drinks were free top ups with a choice of about six. Also help yourself to napkins and sauce sachets, ketchup, Mild, and fire . Price is similar to BK and McD's so great value. I said this before, Not everyone will have the same experience and we've only been once. But we're DEFINITELY going again.

I was really excited about trying taco bell but was slightly disappointed. Not because the food wasn't great which it was it was more because of the misleading portion sizes. I ordered a burrito but what I got was a small wrap not a burrito. I could have eaten 3 or 4 of them quite easily. Other than that the tables needed wiping down but the food was tasty.

Our very first time using Taco Bell.
Ordered 2 burritos, 2 seasoned fries, 1 soft taco and nachos.
When the driver arrived and handed me the bag, it was so small. We thought this couldn’t be it.
Opened it up, the meal as a whole was so small, the food near on cold, Had to pop it in the microwave. Opened the burritos, barely any meat! More meat in my Calvin’s. More lettuce than meat, and there wasn’t much lettuce either. They were both very dry.
One of the worst things we’ve ever eaten. And going by others reviews, we aren’t the only ones. Will NOT order from Taco Bell ever again.

I was wary of going because of the other reviewers but it was actually really nice, we went early on a Sunday and the staff were super nice and friendly, chatting with us and cracking jokes. Waited maybe 2 minutes before our food came. Food was fine, same as every other Taco Bell I've been to. It's not amazing but it's decent for fast food. The chips are super tasty though. I'll definitely go again in the future.

20 min waiting time. Order was correct but other people wasn't lucky. Lettuce was missing in my order. Lack of organisation. Some people working hard others standing doing nothing. They could check orders do they are correct but its look like they don't care. Kitchen bussy no complaints. Food good.. if not missing, overpriced a little. Reg frice = small. I am still hungry.
