To anyone call this a Ramen is a joke. The ambience was okay but what shocked me was they served us raw noodles. Upon asking the manager who was as rude as he could be, neglected the fact that they served us raw food didn't even care to apologise and fix it. The other server was definitely doing the job right and all praise for the server. If you really have had a good ramen you would never go back here. The taste is nowhere near to any classic or modern ramen. Broth was watery with very little umami and taste.

I am writing to express my utmost disgust and dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your restaurant. I feel compelled to inform you of a blatantly deceptive and unethical practice that occurred during my visit. I ordered a bowl of ramen, which was served with an unreasonably small amount of soup. I called a server and politely requested some additional soup, to which they obligingly provided. At no point during this interaction was I ever informed that there would be an extra charge for this simple request. You can imagine my shock and anger when I received the bill and discovered an additional charge of £4 for "extra soup." This is an outright scam. To deliberately serve a dish with insufficient soup and then charge customers a hidden fee to rectify the issue is a dishonest and predatory business tactic. This was not an optional add-on that I was made aware of; it was a necessary correction to an inadequately served meal, for which you then secretly charged me. This practice is designed to trick customers, and it has completely destroyed my trust in your establishment. I demand an immediate refund of the fraudulent £4 charge. Furthermore, I expect a formal response explaining how you will rectify this unethical policy to prevent other customers from being similarly exploited. This incident has guaranteed that I will never return to your restaurant and I will not hesitate to share this experience across review platforms to warn others.

Our group had dinner here while visiting from America. We had an excellent experience. Ragin’ had some of the best Ramen we’ve ever had. I’d highly recommend this place for any ramen lovers. We loved it so much we even bought a few of their T-shirts.

We popped in here after deciding we were in the mood for noodles and coming across this place by chance when we were visiting Belfast, and it didn't disappoint. The food was great, the staff were super friendly and it was an all round top experience. We were able to get a table without a booking, but it was busy, so it may be sensible to make a reservation in advance.

Chicken wontons & Pork Belly Ramen were delicious. Staff were very welcoming of our baby girl and buggy too.

Tried here on a whim. No booking so walk ins only. Told by the waiter that there were no tables free but if we left our number, one would be free in 20 minutes only. Sure enough there was a text to say one was free having gone for a walk. Had the Raijin with Ramen noodle - delicious broth with the right amount of spiciness and saltiness. Also shared loaded curly fries which were delicious washed down by a light Kirin Ichiban lager. Really nice place and something different. Great customer service as well.

Excellent ramen and cocktails - would highly recommend the pork ramen and the mango margarita. The pork was perfectly done and you get a decent portion for what you pay. The vegan ramen was good and so were the Tokyo style fries. Good and attentive staff and decent tunes in an easy going space. £14 for each ramen and £10 each for cocktails.

ramen portion is tiny but reasonably priced at £14! food is pretty nice and service is great and the staff are really friendly! chicken ramen was pretty basic and doesn’t have the depth you look for in authentic ramen! overall i recommend giving it a go as this is one of the best ramen places in the city

Best Ramen in UK! And best we had in Europe! Not a traditional concept but it honors Japanese cuisine really well. Started with some Karage and curly fries. Chicken was perfectly crispy fried and seasoned! And fries were crispy on the outside, mushy on the inside. Perfection! Not to mention portions were very generous overall! The star was the ramen. We had Tonkotsu with Udon noodles. Broth was a bit thick and flavorful but not overwhelming. And noodles were perfectly done! And the Chashu was huge! Can’t recommend it enough!
