Amazing service, great atmosphere. We waited about 5 minutes for a table which was understandable as we had pushed our reservation time later and even so they gave us 2 drinks on the house plus olives! 100% will be going back.

Stopped here by chance for Saturday lunch. Large restaurant with good decor and atmosphere. Staff friendly Menu has plenty of options for pasta, pizza, risottos, meat and fish. Plenty of vegetarian options. Risotto was very creamy and flavoursome. Cheesy garlic bread was good as well. Well stocked bar. Has it's own car park. Will definitely be making another visit when in the area.

We needed somewhere locally for a family group to go on a Monday lunchtime and Il Grano was open and happy to help. I booked the table in advance with Sacha and agreed we’d pre order as I know my family well! Everything was wonderful. Super service, super food and a very nice drop of red wine too. Considering it was a Monday lunchtime, I was pleased to see Howard other tables were in and out over that period. Nice to see local businesses being supported. Will return.

First time in this restaurant and certainally won't be the last. We were fitted in as we didn't have a reservation, and despite being extremely busy, we were assured a seat for as long as we needed one, even being offered the very comfy seats in the bar area, should they need our table for a booked guest. The staff were so attentive and friendly, the manageress went out of her way to make us feel very welcome and relaxed, nothing was to much trouble for them. The menue is extensive, with traditional Italian dishes, but also with succulent steaks on offer. We had muscles and calamari to start, which were delicious, and I must say that the portions were very generous, we then opted for the fillet steak, cooked exactly as we liked, they were so tender and tasty. The desert was superb. Throughout the entire evening the staff checked in on us, in a non intrusive way, to make sure everything was OK, we appreciated this, as in other establishments we would at times have had the need to call staff to the table. We will certainally be returning to this restaurant. Just to close, I add that the manageress kindly phoned for a taxi to save us the trouble.

Had a fantastic meal at this restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble for the attentive staff despite it being a busy Saturday night. We (7 of us) had a mix from the menu and everyone was happy. I had the lamb shank, with mash and green beans and it was THE BEST lamb shank dinner I have had in a restaurant. A special mention for the gravy which was incredible. Thank you

Me and my friends went here today on a whim not sure what to expect. We can all hands down say this was one of the best italians we have eaten at! I had the seafood stew- portion size was great! The food was delicious, and the vibe and reception was fantastic too. Recommend to anyone!

What a great new restaurant to hit Pinhoe. Had an amazing Spaghetti Bolognese and the Profiteroles were to die for. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Try this place out it was a great evening with great food. There were minor issues that I put down to the restaurant being newly opened and they are still settling in. Like the menu items were a little confused. Along with coke and other fizzies there was pelagrino. I order thinking i would get a lemon can but instead got sparkling water. Like i said very minor and the staff resolved very quickly and without fuss. This did not detract from a lovely evening though. Try the Profiteroles!

This is a gem of a restaurant. Been a couple of times and last night I think I had one of the best meals I've ever had! Brilliant service, good children's menu, normal menu and drinks range. Beautiful decor. The seafood is cooked to perfection! Nice to have a few seafood dishes on a menu. Previous visits we had cocktails and they are delicious! It was my daughters birthday (which they didn't know until the desserts) and they came out with a candle in the ice cream and sang Happy Birthday - even the Chef! Please try it, you wont be disappointed!

We had a very nice evening. Food was definitely freshly made, not pre-made. Pleasant, relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff - service by Bill was excellent, please keep up the good work.
